Website not working, unable to cashout my balance

The site of the bookmaker betsocial.net has been unavailable since October (you can make sure by clicking on the link) and, as a result, I cannot access into my account and order money for withdraw.
I wrote e-mails to suppor­t@b­ets­oci­al.net, but the box is no longer served (please look at screenshot).
I do not know what to do and beg you to help me contact the administration. It looks like they ran away with our money.
