Well I think Barbados casino has been consistent over the years and it has been a good run with the games they have as well.
You can say that they have been working out on their categories as well, especially when it comes to the slot games that they have today.

Another flaw for this site is the lack of reliable chat support. Sure, it's there to be messaged but then it is not much of a consistent one at all. It would just ask what the problem is and then go deeper but not solve the problem at all. It is a complete waste of time. This is why I just tend to refresh the site as a whole instead of going for the chat support since there is a higher chance that it can solve the problem than asking for help from the site moderators.

Being an avid online casino player, having a big variety of games to choose from is important and this site certainly provided that. They also offer live dealers which is a really fun time playing.

There's a lot to be asked for in terms of the bonuses and promotions they offer. On top of that, their website interface isn't the most user-friendly and could take a while to load sometimes. Sure there's a lot of games and live tables but it's not the most comfortable experience.

Comes up as the 2nd new casino that you can access in Australia, entered ALL my personal information to then be told they can not register people from my country.

Not a bad variant, I found all the necessary games there, and even won something. The withdrawal was fast and smooth and I guess that is the main thing.

As a player with frequent VIP status, I can say that the casino provides excellent opportunities and bonuses. This is taken seriously here. Banking often, the conclusions are large, everything always goes away.

There are no problems in relation to the future, but there are some failures and problems with the stable operation of the server. I would like to address this point in the near future.

First thing I would say about this casino is, it would be real nice if they could use an automatic mechanism to determine where the player is from when you first land on their homepage. It really isn’t much effort in terms of code and I can imagine not every player will find the language selector (located at the top right of the page) quite as easily as I did when I first visited this place.

That little niggle aside, I really liked the layout of this casino. Very easy to find your way around, I love the big icons for each of the games and the “latest winners” scroll doesn’t seem to be full of obviously garbage made up “wins” like so many less trustworthy sites.

I did struggle to get the bonus that I was expecting so had to request a conversation with support, they answered straight away but I was disappointed to discover that my country was excluded from the 100% bonus and all I was going to get was 100 free spins… obviously with a wagering requirement attached… I probably wouldn’t have bothered making my deposit If I had realized this prior to making my deposit but hey… I guess that’s just how it goes sometimes. These people got it right... I deposit 5 times and lost. $140 over all. Deposits were easy and bonus terms great. My account was verified prior to any deposits. Fair and honest offering.

After 3 days I got a email saying I had to send proof of ownership of my bank card (which I already did) They said my name wasn't ON the card so they can't accept it. I needed to get a CERTIFIED LETTER from my bank saying I am the owner of this card. After getting this document they took 5 more days but by that time I had played my money and lost it. Wasn't a huge amount but still.

I liked that they had clear overview for a VIP table to know what type of service and offers you can get at different levels.

Slow service for verification and pretty poor customer service overall not very warm. Design and layout a bit confusing and outdated

I was allowed to increase my losing limit in an instant. It says on faq that there should be a 7 day time period for that. Of course eventually I lost everything and its my own stupidity but the casino should have some responsibility. Certificate of trust and everything

Choice of games is very good and the lay out is good.

Taking nearly 2 days to approve documents in this day and age it should be far quicker and is unnecessary .I am still waiting and response is very bad for customer service .

I like the design and it is supereasy to navigate.
Maybe they could have had some more games, especially quickspin.

The chat is really really bad.
They told me different things every single day for 5 days in a row that my withdraw has approved and been processed. But every single day they said it has been processed "today".

I really like the layout of the casino itself which is extremely different from the standards casinos you'd find on the web.
Game selection is pretty cool, with some wellknown providers all around the website. Even if I do appreciate small providers, we have to admit the big ones are like a cushion for the quality of the games!

Pretty secure from what I can see so far, no issue with withdrawals.

The bonus is definitely not the best, with the welcome bonus being quite low. And many slot machines seems to be counting for only a small percentage of the bonus itself, which means you have to wager more.

I came across this casino while browsing the bonus offers on AskGamblers. They have providers from Netent, PlaynGo, NextGen and some others. They have a great came collection, site seems easy to navigate and the VIP system in place seems good as well. I reached bronze level on my first day and was rewarded with 25 free spins, however the game they choose which is the same provider as fruity friends did not pay well at all.
