I withdrew £48 from this casino on Aug 3rd and, after waiting quite a few weeks enquired as to where it was. I received a response saying that withdrawals normally took a certain amount of time and the cash was probably in my account. I responded assuring them it wasn't in the account they specified and subsequently sent them screenshots proving this, as they requested. Since then I have heard nothing from them despite repeated requests for further information and the cash still hasn't appeared in my Neteller account. They have never disputed my right to the money or how I won it and are, apparently, relying on their claim that I have the money which I definitely have not got from them.
