I am a verified player at 7BitCasino and have been playing Aviator (Spribe). I did not use any bonuses for my play.

On 07 August 2025 at 19:17 UTC, I requested a withdrawal of 3,000 NZD via cryptocurrency.
On 08 August 2025 at 07:11 UTC, I requested another withdrawal of 3,900 NZD via cryptocurrency.

Both withdrawals are still in Pending (Cryptoprocessing) status as of today. These are legitimate winnings from my gameplay, and I have complied with all casino terms and conditions.

I have contacted live chat support multiple times regarding the status of my withdrawals. However, I have only received general responses without a confirmed payout timeline.

I am requesting 7BitCasino to process my pending withdrawals promptly and release my total winnings of 6,900 NZD to my approved cryptocurrency wallet.

It's now been almost 72 hours. I emailed support multiple times, with no response. Talked to live chat who repeatedly just tell me I am in queue and that withdrawals are processed on a “first come first served” basis; or they tell me to just “wait a little longer”. Then I get told I need to verify my deposit (which I already did days ago and have the screenshots to prove it), only to still be waiting.

I was finally told by a VIP manager that they need to have the financial team verify the results, but they claim the games are provably fair so I don’t quite get that.

Support has been approachable and kind but it doesn’t feel like they’ve done anything to actually help along my withdrawal process. I initiated this withdrawal on Thursday and it’s now Sunday.

It’s a $5000 win and I was told that I would have an instant payout and now I'm losing confidence they are legit.

I resubmitted for 150 LTC withdrawal almost 48 hours ago and all I get from support is that it is processing be patient. Even though their site says instant ltc payouts??? On September 30th 2024 I deposited .00011 btc on to 7bit. Not attached to a bonus. I proceeded to win .0025btc. I’ve been trying (and failing) to cash it out for almost 48 hours now. I’ve recalled it and changed addresses a times (and yes confirmed all of them via email) but my final withdrawal request is time stamped 24 hours ago. They have all just been stuck on pending. It has NEVER taken this long to cash out anywhere for me! No help from customer support just told to be patient and wait for my turn in the queue… but I know that’s not a sufficient answer for what’s going on! And yes I’ve cashed out from this account many times. It’s fully verified.

I recently won over 10k on 7bitcasino.

I have had them for years and usually have no issue with withdrawals. Takes under a day to arrive. The largest before this win was probably 5k. So it’s not like I’m new to the site.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars on their site. So after I won I submitted a withdrawal request on Aug 16th ( Friday ). After 24 hours I followed up with a support chat and email. They always provided an answer but they couldn’t tell me much (see attached).

It’s now Wednesday evening and no follow-up or confirmation, still just the same responses that they are working on it and to be patient. I’m not sure it should take a week to have a withdrawal approved.

For those reasons, I’m reaching out here.

After making a $45.69 bitcoin deposit on August 9th 24' at 6:00:29 (UTC) I proceeded to win $5,154.63 or 87.22074 MBTC on Blackjack and requested an immediate withdrawal two short hours later on August 9th 24' at 8:19:20 UTC which is STILL in pending review over 80+ hours later on August 12th, 2024, at 1:46pm. Countless attempts to reach customer service through their VIP Support Chat and emails exchanged back and forth with my "VIP Personal Manager" Emily have resulted in zero determination of when this will be resolved. I have been told time and time again that the payment processing team has my pending withdrawal in their queue and that I should not worry as this is a "normal process for larger winnings" and that the verification will soon be done. After "expecting to hear soon" from their specialists and awaiting a review and verification from the Blackjack game provider I am sitting here with no clarification on when my withdrawal will be approved, what the issue at hand is, nor when I will receive my rightful winnings. This is highly concerning for a player who has had ZERO issues with previous withdrawals from 7Bit being processed, through BTC, to my Coinbase wallet. 7BitCasino - Long payment processing time on two withdrawals from 7Bit

I normally have my withdrawal requests approved and in my crypto account in a few short hours.

Typically if I request a withdrawal at night it’s in my account the next morning.

Recently I’ve requested two BTC withdrawals. One on May 24, for 15.51 mbtc and another on May 28 for 10.9 mbtc.

I ask the chat and they say there is high volume and it’s first come first serve and haven't gotten to mine yet. I emailed asking for updates with no email responses.

I like 7bit Casino and would continue to play there, but am concerned with this recent withdrawal request taking so long.

I recently started playing 7bit casino and after a few deposits finally made enough to cash out. Initially i cashed out after confirming a verification email without issue and left some funds in the account to continue playing. I again won enough to get a payout and cash out again. Only this time my payout had been pending for 2 days and the casino states that bitcoin are processed instantly. The casino however is telling me they are first come first serve everytine I ask for an explanation. I feel like the casino is putting me off hoping if they stall on this second cash out I will gamble the funds and lose....if they are advertising stant payouts then I expect instant payouts and I most certainly they are capable as my first payout went fine without a hitch. The bitcoin address in using is the same as the first payout so no issues there. Frustrated and tired of getting the runaround.

A lot methods of deposits. Fast deposit. Quick account closure

Difficult and Slow withdrawal more than 1 week( if you have verified account). I did deposits here about 2.000 euro and I had withdrawal 3.200 euro, but it took about a week, they payed me, only after my complaint in askgamblers.
The worst support. I closed my account for a week (ad 2.6.2018), and 1.6.2018 I got 50 euro bonus, because I did bets more than 12.000 euro in slots. Bonus didnt have timelimits, but chat support canceled this bonus.. Vip manager contacted with me, said that support did mistake, but it was after I have my account closed permanently. Chat agent stolen 50 euro from me.
One of the worst VIP management, usually respond in a day.

I unsubscribed myself from their emails multiple times but they keep spamming me with offers, while I don't want offers.
Then I emailed their support that I wanted to be unsubscribed and the button didn't work, they replied on my email saying I was unsubscribed now. Still a month later I'm receiving their annoying emails. I see no reason why you wont fix this, its really really annoying.

Everything is fine. Game is good, alot kind of game, deposit fast. But I have complain about one thing is Withdraw. I withdraw BTC 6 hours ago and still not receive yet. Even after 2 hours chat with support, my problem still there. I dont know why it take so long, may be because it's my first time withdraw. Great selection of games and live chat is always available. After many deposits and losses I finally hit some good pays and cashed out 1 BTC. Although cashout was not as quick as I would have liked they did send me mt winnings within 3 business days as promised.

No contact phone number and live support was not able to give me an exact time on cashout. Be persistent and they will pay you.
