7Bit Casino - Large Delay on larger win

This site advertised instant payments.

It's now been almost 72 hours. I emailed support multiple times, with no response. Talked to live chat who repeatedly just tell me I am in queue and that withdrawals are processed on a “first come first served” basis; or they tell me to just “wait a little longer”. Then I get told I need to verify my deposit (which I already did days ago and have the screenshots to prove it), only to still be waiting.

I was finally told by a VIP manager that they need to have the financial team verify the results, but they claim the games are provably fair so I don’t quite get that.

Support has been approachable and kind but it doesn’t feel like they’ve done anything to actually help along my withdrawal process. I initiated this withdrawal on Thursday and it’s now Sunday.

It’s a $5000 win and I was told that I would have an instant payout and now I'm losing confidence they are legit.

As I understand it, you have reached out to the game provider to confirm my win(s) on their game. Is there any reason why that is necessary? Based on what I know of your casino, your games are Provably Fair; so I don't understand why there would need to be this further check. Additionally, I would assume you have my betting history saved on your site; shouldn't this be a simple enough process of sending that info to them and they can quickly confirm that the bets were legitimate? We're now sitting at 114 hours of elapsed time since I made my requests.
