Pending Withdrawal Over 80 Hours Later

After making a $45.69 bitcoin deposit on August 9th 24' at 6:00:29 (UTC) I proceeded to win $5,154.63 or 87.22074 MBTC on Blackjack and requested an immediate withdrawal two short hours later on August 9th 24' at 8:19:20 UTC which is STILL in pending review over 80+ hours later on August 12th, 2024, at 1:46pm. Countless attempts to reach customer service through their VIP Support Chat and emails exchanged back and forth with my "VIP Personal Manager" Emily have resulted in zero determination of when this will be resolved. I have been told time and time again that the payment processing team has my pending withdrawal in their queue and that I should not worry as this is a "normal process for larger winnings" and that the verification will soon be done. After "expecting to hear soon" from their specialists and awaiting a review and verification from the Blackjack game provider I am sitting here with no clarification on when my withdrawal will be approved, what the issue at hand is, nor when I will receive my rightful winnings. This is highly concerning for a player who has had ZERO issues with previous withdrawals from 7Bit being processed, through BTC, to my Coinbase wallet. FOUR days later, and no line of sight on when I will be receiving my winnings. PLEASE HELP!
