I recently won over 10k on 7bitcasino.

I have had them for years and usually have no issue with withdrawals. Takes under a day to arrive. The largest before this win was probably 5k. So it’s not like I’m new to the site.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars on their site. So after I won I submitted a withdrawal request on Aug 16th ( Friday ). After 24 hours I followed up with a support chat and email. They always provided an answer but they couldn’t tell me much (see attached).

It’s now Wednesday evening and no follow-up or confirmation, still just the same responses that they are working on it and to be patient. I’m not sure it should take a week to have a withdrawal approved.

For those reasons, I’m reaching out here.
