I opened the account with 7bitcasino over a year ago. Tried some fiat deposits and few games, but did not spend much. Then I learned how to use bitcoin, so used bitcoin as well. Never ever opted in any bonuses as I am not interested in it and I don't like to read through all the hidden rules for bonuses, I just like to play.
What had happened to me recently. I hade deposited in bitcoin, spined some barrels in a game and after third or fourth click I got a spacial round and won some money. We are talking about equivalent of 20 EUR deposit and 150 EUr win or so. So I was like YAY, I won, let's withdraw. Requested withdrawal and it was rejected. I obviously went to ask CS and asked him why. The response is "not sufficient wagering". Seriously? No bonus requested nor used by me, no fee with the payment as it was bitcoin, withdrawing to same wallet I deposited, just wanted to have fun and eventually win. So I asked what do I need to do.
They replied: You need to gamble more and wager the money. I said: I don't want to I am done playing. Is there any other option how I can withdraw without gambling more? They said no.
So I gave up and cooled down. Later I asked my friend who is more experienced what can I do. He told me that 7bitcasino don't give a *****, but I should go through the terms and conditions so maybe I find help there. So I did and contacted support again and copied them part of their Terms and conditions:
Please note that if you requested a withdrawal, but the sum of bets made since last deposit is less than three (3) times the size of that deposit, the Casino reserves the right to charge you the costs of transaction processing for deposit and withdrawals.
I said, hey, I am happy to pay you any cost you have and requested the WD again. LOL, guess what. They cancelled my WD and asked me for ID and other KYC. Ok, I would understand that but I have 3 things:
- How it comes you change your idea and ask KYC after you loose in argument?
- Why didn't you offer me the other option instead of gambling more against my will?
- I did KYC with 7bitcasino year ago
So I asked my friend again, he just laughed and told me I can do the KYC, or just give up and complain on ask gamblers. That's why I opened the account here.
Long story short, never ever ever ever gamble with 7bitcasino as this is the worst experience I have ever had as an online customer ever. I went back today to the site, put some of 10 EUR bet, (even I normally play under 1 eur), spined the money and closed the account. Put the money elsewhere if you have a brain, or just give it to charity.
