I would not recommend this site as they take ages to pay out and rejected my withdrawal twice after sending in required documents and then being accepted and verified. I was enjoying playing Mustang Gold which was why I deposited actual cash so I could keep playing I was having so much fun.
It was a roller coaster!
After playing the bonus and being able to withdraw money came the issue.
I went to withdraw 450.00 of my 500.00 winnings and I had to verify my identity. No problem. Sent in the documents.
The withdrawal request cancelled after 5 business days.
There was no communication as to why, so I figured I had put the Bitcoin Address in wrong (the withdrawal options are all terrible FYI)
I resubmitted the request, waited ANOTHER 5 business days, cancelled again.
I contacted a rep and she said I needed to fill out a form and send it in to security.
So I did that, received an email back they had received it and requested it for the 3rd time.
After ANOTHER 5 business days, I received an email that my account was randomly selected for manager verification.
I emailed them and said well since I have already waited 20 business days (that is 4 weeks) if they could expedite it I would appreciate it.
They sent back an email reiterating the account needed to be verified and it would take up to 10 business days.
I emailed them back stating they had missed the point of my email. I have already waited 4 weeks, fall way under FINTRAC amounts, have provided everything to security and would like them to prioritize it at this point.
I received back a snarky email stating that it wasn't their fault I had been missing information.
Umm. Yeah, it is your fault when you don't communicate a form not mentioned anywhere else needs to be filled out.
I am now on Business day 6 waiting for my payment to be processed and nothing as of yet.
I wonder what their next excuse is going to be.
I only put the smallest deposit to start out because I didn't know enough about them to actually put what I do play with, and it turns out I was right.
If they come up with another excuse I will update this post, but we are talking a time frame of 6 weeks at this point and I am doubting they will ever pay.
If I don't receive it, I will make sure to report this to Verified By Visa and all the other companies that have certified them.

Nothing - the casino offered me a $40 free no deposit sign up bonus - their support was impossible to speak to and then when they finally did come online, they were very unhelpful. This was 100% positive as I was going to deposit to the casino and they showed me they were not competent before I had deposited.

Five days after you finally upload and receive email confirmation that the account is fully verified, your cash out once again gets cancelled saying you need to upload additional info that is already there (copy of CC). I just want my 1500 so I can close this account.
