After having my initial complaint rejected by you guys for not providing enough evidence I actually received a reply from 21 dukes. In which case I replied and now seem to be finding them unresponsive.
I have agreed to their offer of a payout of $2000 in bitcoin and have provided them with a bitcoin address some 3 days ago and almost a month since my initial withdrawal request and am now finding it hard to get a response from them. If you have a way to possibly help speed this up it would be greatly appreciated.

I have been waiting 7 days (5 business days) only for you staff on live chat to tell me that I will get a response ASAP and when asked how long that was I was told 48 hours which it now has been and still no response. 48 hours ago i was advised that I will still have to wait for the payout to be approved even though it was your head of the department making the offer which seems to make no sense at all. So 48 + hours later I'm still yet to receive a response. And when I do I'm expecting you to credit my count I'm which case I will have to make another withdrawal request which you say takes up to 72 hours. My last request took 5 and a half business days 136 working hours to which I was told was approved. The request was for $3,500 which was still expected to take 5 - 15 business days and then I received $169.50 because of an admin for of $30. In to which case has led us here. It's almost been a month since my initial request and I'm still going to have to submit a request for approval even though the offer was from the head of the department and will thus encounter further delays up to another 5 - 7 business days !! How on earth do you guys see this as acceptable? Look forward to hopefully hearing from you. No doubt it will not be in a timely matter!!
