Withdrawl request keeps getting cancelled

Please can someone from 21 Dukes kindly Contact me and Assist in this regard.
I have tried 10 days ago to Withdrawl my winnings from my Cash Balance and requested to recieve my winnings in Bitcoin but unfortunately due to me not making a min deposit of R350 before requesting my Withdrawl to be paid out - my Withdrawl request was canceled.
I understood that and made an immediate deposit of R350 into the platform and re requested for my Withdrawl to be paid out to me in Bitcoin but today I was not even notified on email as to why my Withdrawl was declined once again, I found out by going onto the platform and saw my funds sitting back in my Cash Balance without any explanation.
I made sure I read the terms and conditions and have made sure all my documents have been accepted, and everything seems to be in order.
I have sent emails to [email protected] for assistance in this regard to no avail and yet nobody has contacted me to explain why I can't have my funds.
I have fully abided by all Terms and conditions and am very frustrated and disappointed in the platform.
I really need my funds as soon as possible, please approve my Withdrawl request as I would like my funds to reflect immediately.
I honestly supported 21 Dukes for over a year now and can't believe they have turned a blind eye.
