I don't like the old-fashion design, the chat of support seems to be a boot answering the automatic questions and don't solve any problem. Sometimes they remove the options of withdrawals. Multiple error's stooping you gambling session saying error on server (I had check my internet and it is not a problem). They asked recently the bank statement of my card(paysafe) I sent back all copies and they want the statement with address( I had explain and sent 2 print screens with statement and paysafe registered account) which they still asking after explain is a pre-paid of paysafe.
