I have a fully verified account with 1xBet. For over two weeks, I have attempted multiple withdrawals. Each withdrawal is initially accepted and marked as “processing,” but after 10–18 hours, it is automatically canceled with messages such as “Technical issues 01” or “Payment processing error.”

I have contacted 1xBet live chat multiple times. Each time, I am told to wait 24 hours and that the payments department is handling it. Despite following instructions, my withdrawals continue to fail. My account is not restricted, I have not changed my bank details, device, or verification information, and deposits still work instantly.

Ive been trying to keep my patience, but it's been going on for weeks now. Ive never had this problem months ago, but it seems like it started happening around febuary cause thats when i started using the site again. And none of my withdrawals have gone through ever since

The money was successfully taken from my bank account, but the deposits were never credited to my 1xBet balance.

I Deposited INR 1000 around 10.40 AM IST in 1xbet account but I have not received the amount in my 1xbet account. I DID transfer the money via bank transfer from Googlepay and the transaction was also successful.

But in 1xbet cashier it's not showing anything

I am also attaching all the screenshots for reference and also when I am contacting their support I am not getting any actual time frame that how much time will it take to deposit the money in my purpose account.

The support team is only training that there was some issue with your transaction so it may take a long time I have also emailed them and I have a query number 13193471. Kindly intervene in the matter and transfer the money to my 1xbet account so that I can play. The response which I got was "There is a technical issue with your transaction. I have already contacted my bank, and they confirmed that:

- The transaction was 100% successful

- The receiver bank confirmed that the funds were credited to the recipient at the time of transaction

- Since the payment was completed but the service/product was not delivered, they advised me to file a cyber crime complaint if the issue is not resolved

Before taking any legal or cyber crime action, I am giving 1xBet an opportunity to resolve this matter.

I request that 1xBet:

1. Reopen my payment query immediately

2. Either credit ₹23,000 to my 1xBet account or refund it to my bank account without further delay

I requested a withdrawal of 9500 INR on 15 Feb 2026 at 21:11 PM IST, which was 'completed' at 20:44 PM IST. The only problem is I never received the money in my bank account, and I feel absolutely helpless rn because I have faced this issue once before, and it was a nightmare to first get them to even listen and admit there is a problem.

So since my withdrawal was 'completed', I have contacted the customer via chat, phone n over email. Every time I got the same message that it's paid out on their end, but despite repeated requests about sharing the transaction ref no or UTR, nothing, no proof of transaction. Now I already sent them my updated passbook but the funny and incredible thing is while they maintain withdrawal is paid out they also say it's in processing and I am quoting exactly email guy asked me to wait for 72 hours, chat support 48 hours, guys over call has already shifted their deadline twice and then I was asked to raise a payment query (no. 13196432) which they closed citing a new n different deadline of 7 days.

Honestly, I feel helpless cos atleast last time my payment query still remained under processing, which signified that somebody might look into the issue, but they straight up 'solved' my payment query (and now I can't raise another) just like they 'sent' me my withdrawal.

I honestly feel that my money is just go on forever. Most likely a fraudulent age t took the benefit of the high volume of transactions during India Pak world cup game and embezzled my funds. Their customer support is way too complacent and apathetic to listen.
