Escribo esta queja porque hace 22 días que estoy lidiando con esta empresa. El 1/7/2025 he intentado depositar en pesos argentinos el equivalente a más de mil dólares, a través de una transferencia por mercado pago al CBU de un agente de pagos registrado como "City Movil S.A.", empresa argentina cuyos datos me indicó 1XBET en el método de pago. Al haber sido una operación que superaba el límite por transacción, el depósito nunca se realizó, por lo que inicié el reclamo a las 6 horas como me comunicó el servicio de soporte (ticket N° 6075168).


Desde dicho momento, sigo sin percibir mi dinero. Ante mis distintas consultas, me enviaron múltiples respuestas automáticas y los agentes de soporte me cortan las comunicaciones o me responden evasivamente.


Soy cliente desde hace bastante tiempo y nunca he tenido un problema con ellos, incluso habiendo ganado bastante dinero (con los retiros correspondientes). Sin embargo, en esta oportunidad noté algo distinto durante todo el proceso de reclamo.


En síntesis, recibí una desatención total y mecanismos de dilatación del tema, proponiendo plazos cada vez mayores para su resolución.


Soy abogado matriculado en CABA (Argentina), estoy analizando iniciar las acciones administrativas y judiciales pertinentes contra la empresa que operó como agente de cobro.


En lo que respecta a 1xbet, una demanda colectiva en la jurisdicción donde se encuentra registrada y goza de licencia, ya que he notado en los diversos portales y redes sociales, múltiples denuncias efectuadas por usuarios de argentina acerca de esta empresa.


NUNCA deben trasladar a los clientes, los problemas operativos que tienen con las empresas locales y mucho menos robarles su dinero.

The deposit is missing for more than 10 days now.

**Communication with 1xBet support:**

I contacted 1xBet support immediately after the issue occurred.

For the past 10 days they have been replying with the same message: "We are reviewing the issue" / "The matter is under review" — but there has been **no progress, no update, and no solution** until today.

**Attached evidence:**

- Bank statement showing the deduction of 4000 DZD

- Screenshots of my 1xBet account balance (showing 0 DZD added from this deposit)

1. Credit the missing 4000 DZD to my account, or

2. Refund the full amount back to my original payment method.

Evasive support: The live chat staff ("Abd" and "Majd") refused to provide a specific timeframe, offering generic and unhelpful answers and ignoring the screenshots provided.

Delayed processing of funds: Five days have passed since a simple transaction in my mobile wallet. This is a clear violation of fair play and financial transparency practices.
