Tengo una cuenta de apuestas deportivas en 1xBet y el 09/02/2026 solicité un retiro de 3.040 dólares desde Ecuador. Hasta la fecha, el dinero sigue retenido y no ha sido acreditado, a pesar de que me indicaron inicialmente que solo debía esperar 5 días.

Hoy me volví a comunicar con el soporte de 1xBet y lo único que me dicen es que “debo seguir esperando”, sin darme una razón clara ni un plazo concreto para la liberación de mi dinero. El retiro está asociado a mi cuenta con el ID 1556191811. Antes de esta operación ya había realizado otros retiros sin ningún inconveniente, por lo que esta situación me resulta totalmente injustificada y preocupante.

Solicito que se libere y se pague inmediatamente el retiro de 3.040 dólares retenido en mi cuenta, ya que corresponde a ganancias obtenidas en apuestas deportivas y no tengo ninguna sanción ni notificación concreta que justifique este bloqueo prolongado.

Escribo esta queja porque hace 22 días que estoy lidiando con esta empresa. El 1/7/2025 he intentado depositar en pesos argentinos el equivalente a más de mil dólares, a través de una transferencia por mercado pago al CBU de un agente de pagos registrado como "City Movil S.A.", empresa argentina cuyos datos me indicó 1XBET en el método de pago. Al haber sido una operación que superaba el límite por transacción, el depósito nunca se realizó, por lo que inicié el reclamo a las 6 horas como me comunicó el servicio de soporte (ticket N° 6075168).

Desde dicho momento, sigo sin percibir mi dinero. Ante mis distintas consultas, me enviaron múltiples respuestas automáticas y los agentes de soporte me cortan las comunicaciones o me responden evasivamente.

En lo que respecta a 1xbet, una demanda colectiva en la jurisdicción donde se encuentra registrada y goza de licencia, ya que he notado en los diversos portales y redes sociales, múltiples denuncias efectuadas por usuarios de argentina acerca de esta empresa.

NUNCA deben trasladar a los clientes, los problemas operativos que tienen con las empresas locales y mucho menos robarles su dinero.

Necesito que la empresa resuelva este problema en las próximas horas y proceda a devolver mi dinero. Sino me veré obligado a impulsar las medidas mencionadas.

Mi ID de juego es 1006574009. Realicé un retiro el 06/05/2025. Hoy 22/05/2025, no lo he recibido. en las solicitudes indican que el tiempo máximo son 5 días.

Después de eso, pasaron varios días y nada. e llamado y contactado a soporte y solo me dicen que espere, en la primera llamada me indicaron que espere 3 dias (esto fue después de los 5 dias maximos) y luego de esos 3 días volví a llamar y me dijeron en 2 días ya debe tener su retiro en su cuenta.

Hoy llame y me dicen que debo esperar un tiempo indeterminado...no me dan solución. cabe destacar que ya e realizado muchos retiros anteriormente con el casino y nunca me había pasado esto.
