I am submitting a complaint against **1xBet** regarding a deposit that was deducted from my bank account but never credited to my casino balance.

**Description of the issue:**

On January 28, 2026 at 20:38, I made a deposit of 4000 DZD using Baridi Mob. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account (I have proof of the deduction / transaction receipt from Baridi Mob and my bank statement).

However, the money has **never appeared** in my 1xBet account balance.

The deposit is missing for more than 10 days now.

**Communication with 1xBet support:**

I contacted 1xBet support immediately after the issue occurred.

For the past 10 days they have been replying with the same message: "We are reviewing the issue" / "The matter is under review" — but there has been **no progress, no update, and no solution** until today.

**Attached evidence:**

- Screenshot / receipt from Baridi Mob showing the successful payment of 4000 DZD to 1xBet on January 28, 2026 at 20:38

- Bank statement showing the deduction of 4000 DZD

- Screenshots of my 1xBet account balance (showing 0 DZD added from this deposit)

- Screenshots of all conversations with 1xBet support (including their repeated "under review" replies)

I kindly request your urgent assistance in contacting 1xBet to:

1. Credit the missing 4000 DZD to my account, or

2. Refund the full amount back to my original payment method.

This is a clear case of a missing deposit and unacceptable delay from the casino.

I am writing to follow up on my unresolved deposit issue regarding a ₹25,000 UPI payment that was successfully transferred from my bank account, but was later shown as “Declined” in my 1xBet account.


On 23 January 2026, I completed the UPI transaction successfully. The amount was debited from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account and the bank has confirmed that the transaction was completed successfully. However, after the payment, the deposit order in my gaming account was marked as declined, and the amount has neither been credited to my 1xBet account nor refunded back to my bank account.

The core issue and evidence of misconduct:

Contradictory statements: On January 26, they confirmed that the information was "complete." However, support staff later provided conflicting timeframes: 2 hours and 11 days.

Evasive support: The live chat staff ("Abd" and "Majd") refused to provide a specific timeframe, offering generic and unhelpful answers and ignoring the screenshots provided.

Delayed processing of funds: Five days have passed since a simple transaction in my mobile wallet. This is a clear violation of fair play and financial transparency practices.

“Please wait for final status”

“It was processed over the weekend”

“It may take up to 48 banking hours”

Despite repeated follow-ups:

No UTR / transaction reference number was provided

No bank proof of transfer was shared

The chat was closed and I was asked to rate the service even though the issue was not resolved

It has now been several days, which is unreasonable for a withdrawal already marked as “successful.”

I have been a registered member of 1xBet for over 10 years and have been depositing funds regularly during this entire period. I am also a Casino Ruby VIP member, yet my long-term loyalty and VIP status have been completely ignored.

On 04 January 2026, I made a deposit to my 1xBet account. However, the amount was credited incompletely. Since then, I have been contacting customer support repeatedly, but for 11 days I have only been delayed, ignored, and treated in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. No clear explanation or resolution has been provided.

Despite this unresolved issue, on 13 January 2026, I made another deposit in good faith. This time, none of the funds were credited to my account at all, and the same so-called “investigation process” immediately started again, exactly like the previous case.

What is most concerning is that:

Customer support shows no seriousness or accountability

There is no transparency regarding the status of my funds

Nothings as such that I like I have lost alot and that's the only reason. The application presentation is good easy to play on is the only add-on for 1xbet

The only thing I liked is the lower deposit options available and game selection.
