Dear AskGamblers team, my account's withdrawal was blocked by 1xbet casino for KYC verification. I sent all the required documents as they asked and successfully passed my security verification on Feb 3. Then the 1xbet casino support team said they sent a message containing my withdrawal code to the address that I provided on my casino account. But it's been over 5 months; I haven't received any letters from them. They didn't provide any tracking number. When I asked them how much more time it takes or to provide me with a tracking number, they replied with the same response as I attached in the screenshot. they didnt sent any code but are just delaying my withdrawal.

I made a UPI QR deposit of ₹25,000 to my 1xBet account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account. However, the funds were never credited to my 1xBet account.

I immediately raised Support Query No. 18290078 and submitted all the requested payment proofs.

After reviewing my case, 1xBet informed me that the payment had been blocked by the bank and instructed me to wait 14 banking days. They advised that if the money was not returned during that period, I should submit a PDF bank statement covering the entire waiting period.

I followed these instructions exactly. After 14 banking days, the amount had still not been refunded, and I submitted the requested bank statement.

Instead of resolving the matter, 1xBet informed me that the funds should already have been returned and advised me to contact my bank.

I contacted my bank, which confirmed that the transaction was successfully completed, the funds were debited from my account, and no refund or reversal has been received.

As a result, the ₹25,000 is currently neither in my bank account nor credited to my 1xBet account.

I have repeatedly cooperated with 1xBet's support team and complied with every request, but I have not received any meaningful resolution.

I respectfully request your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me obtain a fair resolution. Specifically, I request that 1xBet be asked to either:

Credit the ₹25,000 to my gaming account if the payment was received by their payment provider, or

Furthermore, 1xBet has completely failed to provide a payment receipt, ARN (Acquirer Reference Number), or any transaction reference that would allow me to track this with my bank or payment provider.

Over the last several weeks, I have reached out to 1xBet's support and security teams via email multiple times [mention any other channels like live chat if you used them]. Despite my repeated requests for an update or a transaction receipt, I have received absolutely no reply. Unable to Withdraw Funds – 1xBet Keeps Rejecting Withdrawals Without Resolution

I am filing this complaint because I have been unable to withdraw my funds from my 1xBet account despite trying every solution suggested by their customer support.

Here is what happened:

* My first deposit was made via Banque Populaire bank transfer.

* A few days later, I made another deposit using my Visa card.

* When I tried to withdraw my balance, every withdrawal method was greyed out except Visa.

* However, every time I selected Visa and submitted a withdrawal request, it was immediately rejected with the message: “Declined by operator.”

I contacted customer support multiple times, but I received different and contradictory explanations every time:

* One agent told me to wait 5 hours and try again.

* Another told me to clear my browser cache and cookies.

* Another advised me to make a new deposit using a different payment method, place a bet, and then I would be able to withdraw using that new method.

I followed their instructions.

Today I made another deposit using Skrill, placed bets, and also played in the casino as instructed. However, when I tried to withdraw again, Skrill was also greyed out, leaving me unable to withdraw my funds once again.

On 18/05/2026, I submitted a withdrawal request from my 1xBet account. The withdrawal request ID given by 1xBet is 4848796393, and they claim that the payment was processed with UTR 239532639621.

However, the funds have not been credited to my bank account.

After I contacted 1xBet support, they informed me by email that the withdrawal was “successfully completed” from their side and asked me to contact my bank and get a confirmation letter stating that no transaction was received with the provided UTR number.

I contacted my bank, IndusInd Bank, and raised a query through Email. On 9 June 2026, I received an official reply from the bank (Case ID: 86722407) clearly stating that they are unable to fetch the said transaction in their system and have advised me to liaise with the remitter (1xBet). In simple terms, the bank is confirming that there is no such transaction credited to my account against that UTR number.

I have already shared this confirmation with 1xBet support, but my issue is still not resolved, and the amount of 5050 INR is missing. I am stuck between the bank and 1xBet, while my money is neither returned to my betting account nor credited to my bank account.

Today, on 25 June 2026, this issue is still unresolved.

I request that AskGamblers please intervene in this case and help me get my funds back from 1xBet.
