What attracted me at first to this Crazy Casino was the 25 no-deposit free spins, what else. Whoever doesn't want to play with such free spins, right? When I checked further on the casino, the next thing that I found out was that the casino belongs to Game Tech, and a lot of my initial interest went down the drain, so to speak. Why? Another newly added casino to AskGamblers site, where I had opportunity to play there without making any deposit, just because I found one affiliate site where they offered 10 euros free chip. The 10 euros free chip was not that good, just because it can be used only on Betsoft games, which I must admit I really hate playing this slots, it seems like you can't hit anything decent on it and must mention that every game you play starts with 0.2 coins, so basically that 10 euros free chip will last for a couple of minutes.

I sent documents to them for verification and did not receive any response apart from an acknowledgement that they had been received and passed to relevant department. I have since discovered that I am self excluded on sister casino but this was not honored when I opened this account. It has taken 3 days to get account closed. Live chat is quick but ineffective and customer service by email is at a snails pace. I have now requested that my self exclusion is honored throughout the group. Most disappointing service!!
