Close my account and refused paying

Made withdrawal request of 1000€, verification asked for documents and I emailed these on 02/01/19. I've had one reply saying they are still checking documents, I've since asked them for an update but no replies.

I've sent several emails now and I've had no replies to any of them. Live chat will not give me any assistance as they don't deal with verifications and they advise I have to wait as verification can take time but will not tell me how long.

Everything started on October 11th. I was happy and had won 4250 euros. I received confirmation that the withdrawal was registered and pending. I would be contacted and it usually took 5 days before the money was transferred. I sent unsolicited all the documents they need. After this I heard nothing. No response. I have sent 5 e-mails where I have requested confirmation but no response. Now it has been 9 days. I have also chatted with live support. They can not do anything and ask me to send email to support. I have also asked for a phone number, but I have been notified to send an email.

In summary: My withdrawal is waiting for the 9th day and I receive no response from support on the e-mail I send. Having played online for many years at many casinos I find this abnormal.

My money is pending for a few weeks then it was cancelled then it's gone pending again I am a long time waiting for my money to be approved I played by the rules and I send in all the documents da were looking for and more 100 time but I am getting no response back from anyone and live chat are telling me that there not answers them too I have 800 Euro still pending please help ty

Hi, I made a withdrawal on the 18th Jan, I was told that this would take five working days, I wasn’t contacted and no confirmation of withdrawal was received, I contacted the casino and they asked for verification documents, I sent them over straight awayand still haven’t heard back from them, today I was told on chat that I needed to cancel my withdrawal and withdraw again, i did this and now it states that I can’t withdraw, I’ve contacted the casino and nothing, this has now set me back another five working days, I’ve spoken to a few chat people and they keep saying just contact finance who don’t respond, all I want to do is withdraw my balance,.

Hi. Before I created an account on Crazy Casino I read through their terms and conditions because I wanted to be sure that I could wager the bonus money on Netent slots. In the T&C it says "Wagering Contribution Table Slots (all varieties) - 100%" It does not say anything about that you can't play NetEnt games with your bonusmoney. So I deposited 60 euro, but whenever I tried to open a slot from NetEnt I got the message saying that you can only play this game with real money... So I contacted their support, and the first I spoke to said that you can only play these games with real money, and I answered that this doesn't say in you T&C and shortly after he left me hanging and closed the chat. So I contacted them again, and this other guy said the same thing, so I answered the same thing.. And when I asked to get a copy of our chat, he closed the chat. So what to do? What are my rights? I made a deposited without asking for any bonus. Somehow while i was playing, they said they added a bonus of €3 into my balance, which i didn't even noticed. Because of this i was forced to wagered 25X, which I leter did and they verified that. I was then allowed to make a withdrawal of €100. After waiting for over a week for the payment. I then contacted the support team and they told me, they don't have much information but that i played a game i shouldn't play. I would appreciate greatly if you guys could please help me with this matter. The amount is very small but I don't think casino that do things like this should be allowed to operate freely. I would also try to make a complain to the Cyprus authorities on this matter. Thanks in anticipation. Simon
