What attracted me at first to this Crazy Casino was the 25 no-deposit free spins, what else. Whoever doesn't want to play with such free spins, right? When I checked further on the casino, the next thing that I found out was that the casino belongs to Game Tech, and a lot of my initial interest went down the drain, so to speak. Why? If none, I won't deposit at all. However, upon registration, I didn't get those free spins at all. There wasn't any indicated restrictions on me from the info at Askgamblers, so I checked up with their Live Chat service and got confirmation that all no-deposit bonuses and free spins are actually restricted for my country. Damn! Strange how a few other Game Tech casinos do allow such bonuses, yet most others restrict them. And with that, no free spins for me, so no deposits from me either. I won't play without taking bonuses unless I have lots of money to spend, which I don't.

Well, Crazy Casino is one more casino that I could sign up at but couldn't play with any bonuses or free spins. There's quite a number of such new casinos recently, so I just have to accept this with dissatisfaction. I could have requested for an account closure, but I cannot remember if I did requested for it at Crazy Casino. I'm still getting deposit offers in my mailbox, so most probably, my account is still open.

I made deposit 75 Euros and get a bonus, but in this casino bonus money can't used in slots!!

Another newly added casino to AskGamblers site, where I had opportunity to play there without making any deposit, just because I found one affiliate site where they offered 10 euros free chip. The 10 euros free chip was not that good, just because it can be used only on Betsoft games, which I must admit I really hate playing this slots, it seems like you can't hit anything decent on it and must mention that every game you play starts with 0.2 coins, so basically that 10 euros free chip will last for a couple of minutes.

When I joined I didn't pay any attention from what group of casinos they are, but when I took a closer look, they are operated by Game Tech Group N.V which are part from or owned by the same affiliate group called Affpower Group and they are well known as sites which offers fake Netent games.

I would be extremely caution with this guys, because if they are running fake Netent games, imagine what they could with the RTP of the games when it comes to fairness to us players. I guess Curacao doesn't care much to whom they are giving casino licence, anyways I never trusted that much in casinos having the same licence.

Indeed Free money is only for Betsoft games because of technical issues between Crazy casino and the various game providers.
We are leasing the game software from Game Tech NV however we have nothing to do with Affpower, we are a completely different group.
In addition all the games we currently have in Crazy casino has valid license and I'll gladly send you a copy if you want to be certain our group is operating legally.

There is a good selection of games. All my favourites were there to play.

I sent documents to them for verification and did not receive any response apart from an acknowledgement that they had been received and passed to relevant department. I asked for a deposit limit to be placed on my account and was told if I did this then it would affect my pending withdrawal. Agreed with live chat that deposit limit would be put into place after withdrawal processed. The next time I logged in I was unable to deposit as the limit was in place - I therefore had to reverse withdrawal request to play.
I got fed up with waiting for confirmation that my account was verified and emailed to request account closure.

I have since discovered that I am self excluded on sister casino but this was not honored when I opened this account. It has taken 3 days to get account closed. Live chat is quick but ineffective and customer service by email is at a snails pace. I have now requested that my self exclusion is honored throughout the group. Most disappointing service!!
