Crazy Casino - Pending Withdrawal for 9 days, No response from support

Everything started on October 11th. I was happy and had won 4250 euros. I received confirmation that the withdrawal was registered and pending. I would be contacted and it usually took 5 days before the money was transferred. I sent unsolicited all the documents they need. After this I heard nothing. No response. I have sent 5 e-mails where I have requested confirmation but no response. Now it has been 9 days. I have also chatted with live support. They can not do anything and ask me to send email to support. I have also asked for a phone number, but I have been notified to send an email.

In summary: My withdrawal is waiting for the 9th day and I receive no response from support on the e-mail I send. Having played online for many years at many casinos I find this abnormal.

This complaint has been reopened as per submitter's request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Resolved after ca 43 days. They paid the day after I sent a complaints to: compla­int­[email protected]­ura­cao­-eg­ami­ng.com
