The deposit bonus was $66 which according to there terms and conditions gets subtracted from the maximum withdrawal amount of 10 times my deposit. My withdrawal was processed at $190? Can anyone explain how $337.59 minus 66 equals 190. I get ignored when sending emails to them to resolve it and now live chat says they can't help me and that I have to email regardless to getting no response.
