Requested a withdrawal the 24th of november 2014. Italian customer, no bonus used. Sent them lot of emails but they never reply. They have chat support but they keeps telling me "hi, 400% bonus today" but I want my win, not to play, just for once I won something

I decided to add screenshots as they are giving me everyday more problems. Now they came out that I need an active account in order to receive my payment because in 2015 I never playied. OF COURSE I NEVER PLAYIED, I ASKED WITHDRAWAL ON 24 NOVEMBER 2014, IF YOU AT 11 JANUARY 2015 STILL DIDNT SEND ITS NOT MY FAULT.

Incredibile, 24 november asked for withdrawal and at 9 january they still nothing but "hey, today 400% bonus or 100% assicuration!" Yeah why the f*** should I play if you dont pay if (and this is very hard that happens) I win?

No, still didnt get my payment or an email from Rockbet Casino. I forgot to add that I sent them ALL my documents, including a bill, copy of credit card, identity card etc but still nothing from 24th November even though they say on the site that a payment cant take more than 18 working days
