Rockbet casino - Casino doesn't pay or respond


I made an account verify deposit (25€) to be able to withdraw free chip winnings (30€) more than 18 months ago. I've got no response to my numerous emails, I've sent emails to with account verifying documents to three different addresses and none of them responds. I just sent couple emails to suppor­t@r­ock­bet­cas­ino.com but they keep bouncing back.

Rockbet Casino unfairly paid me 85 euro instead of 175 euro legitimate winning

Dear Askgamblers,

Around 3 months ago I got a email from Rockbet Casino offering 15 euro no deposit bonus in order to see me back into casino. So, I felt happy for their warm invitation with a free chip of 15 euro which was 10X of bonus (150 euro) maximum winning was allowed for withdraw after certain wagering requirements finish. Well, I claimed their offer and some lucky spins gave me winnings up to 300+ euros and I continued playing until finished wagering. During playing some slots I had noticed that I had met play through requirements and I can withdraw my winning. I was a well verified and depositor player of them. So, I thought I could withdraw my winnings without deposit and I requested withdraw amount 200 euro though I know the maximum amount I could withdraw is 10X bonus means 150 euro.

After some days passed I entered into casino cashier due to delaying their withdraw processing. Then I had found 100 euro remaining into casino account balance and noticed that 200 euro withdrawal request was reversed by them. Immediately, I had contacted with support and asked the reason why they reversed my withdrawal request and why my casino account balance 100 euro instead of 150 euro atleast according to their promo offer! But support agent was completely unable to explain and requested me to contact with casino manager name "Stuart". So, I had sent an email to Stuart asking details about my withdraw request. He replied me next day that they declined my withdrawal request for two reasons.

Reason no.1 is maximum withdraw amount is 100 euro and another is I have to redeposit minimum amount 25 euro in order to verify my payment method though I am well verified player and deposited once before. Both reasons Stuart stated made me feel they are unfair and liar.management team of Rockbet Casino. After few days, I had deposited 25 euro into casino account and then I had requested withdraw 125 euro. Then they started runaround for the processing of my withdraw request. Live support became unresponsive If I tried to chat with them. So, the only one way to contact with them I had to sent atleast 10 emails to know the reason for delaying my withdraw processing. After many promises of Stuart I had received finally only 85 euro instead of 125 euro which clearly showed their dishonesty!! I again asked the reason why they sent me 85 euro instead of 125 euro (Actually 175 euro I believe they should processed) where Stuart promised me after redeposit of minimum amount, I could withdraw whole amount should be 125 euro. He replied that the maximum amount I could withdraw is 100 euro and my deposited amount is non refundable and the Neteller charged 15 euro for transaction. What a big liar and cheater Stuart is!! I never heard or found Neteller charged for withdraw processing!

Then he cheated with me to stating that deposited amount is non refundable (which means If I deposited 500 euro in order to withdraw then they would processed 85 euro and kept the rest). After that I had felt they robbed 90 euro from me by several bogus excuses and only processed 85 euro. But in contrast actually they processed 60 euro only instead of 150 euro which was according to their terms when I claimed the 15 euro ndb bonus. So, dear Askgamblers please help me with correct judgements if you can will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Refusing to pay out winnings and completely unresponsive
I deposited to Rockbet and as I was aware I was banned from bonuses. I contacted live chat to check if I played at the site and was lucky enough to win was I allowed to make a withdrawal. After asking was I allowed to withdraw and was there any problem with my account I was told I was allowed to withdraw. I deposited €300 in total and won €700 which brought my balance to €1000. I contacted chat to find out what documents to send for verification and they emailed me the info. I was about to send them and tried to sign into my account to go on chat to ask a question before I sent the documents. I discovered that my account was locked and told to contact support which I done. I was told that due to multiple accounts at a sister casino my account was closed. I was aware there was some sort of problem as I was banned from bonuses and that is the reason I contacted chat before I began to play to make sure that my account was ok to be used. I think this is extremely unfair as you will see in the screenshot of the chat that I attached I was clearly told it was ok to withdraw if I won and even encouraged to make larger deposits throughout the chat. After winning I was urged to try and go for bigger. They are refunding my deposit but will not pay my winnings and have left my account close. I would appreciate if anyone can help me out with this as Rockbet are completely unresponsive to the emails I send them and never called me after I requested a call back.

Does not pay 25€ confirmation deposit back
I did get the 100€ from a freechip and i did accept the 10€ fee, resulting in a total of 90€ No problem, so far its all within the terms. However i was required by chat support to do a 25 Eur deposit in order to confirm a withdraw via skill, this was told to me by their chat support. Even after several emails, the casino failed to give me my 25 eur confirmication deposit back, either addet to my total funds which would make it 115€ with their fee or send my cash invidually to my skrill account. And made lame excuses to scam me about that amount. Must be totally an casino issue as i know their processor and the processor Sea Peak Holdings N.V, usually always adds the confirmication deposit of 25 eur to the freechip total. I won once 44€ from a freechip and got 69€ on skrill after sending 25€ to confirm my deposit. I did read carefully the casinos terms and nowhere i can read they can just keep the confirmication deposit. The 25€ simply were stolen, its not on my account or anywhere. Today they send me an email, acting as this was a FIRST deposit...while it was not. It was confirmication for skrill. This is my money, my cash and its not game money or a first deposit its for confirmication, i think online casinos no very well what it means. Why the hoax? Does this casino really think they are right and all other online casinos that use their processor for payouts are wrong? I first thought they charge me a 35€ fee for paying out via an e-wallte what seemed ridiculous, instead they just have stolen my 25€ confirm deposit for skrill this never happened with any other casino with Sea Peak Holdings N.V.
