I've absolutely nothing positive to say about a company that has taken my money for years and now resorting to what can only be described as a scam. They used to be a decent company and I could always rely on them to be fair.

I've played the same casino slot for years, so I know it has its highs and lows, but lately it's daylight robbery with no features triggered after £700 and clearly no chance of recouping any losses. I tried and failed miserably with the same no features being triggered. When I say £700, it was probably much more with the minute amounts it paid. The law of averages would say that in every £100 there should be at least one of the features activated. If there was a way of holding them accountable for unfair play, I would. It's not being a sore loser, I'm used to that. It's about fair play.
I've learnt a very expensive lesson that I would not repeat. I'm going to be paying back my credit card for many months to come. Foolish me! I actually believed it would be fair but I'm now convinced more than ever that it's completely fixed.
I'll never visit another online casino again. It's like they say, it's a mugs game and there's only ever one winner and it's not the customer.
After being a Ladbrokes customer for many years, their greed has lost them a customer, but what do they care?! They've still got millions of others they can rip off.

This casino is now a running joke in the online gaming community and I don't know why people continue to play here. They need to stop trading on their brand and fire their 3rd party management company. Its a complete mess.

Played for over 10 years, Ladbrokes state the casino site is run by a third party using a random selection generator. My years of playing this casino experience delivers a completely different experience. The roulette and slots will let you play, allowing you to return to your original deposit or on occasions just above. However when it has delivered what it feels is enough gameplay then it will takes your deposit very quickly giving you no features or minimal winning spins on roulette. Unfortunately I have had to stop using this site due to my health and the sense that it does not deliver a fair gaming experience. How can something be so random when they advertise percentage payouts.

Very dodgy company, placed bet for game, the game went to overtime, the team I've placed bet for won in overtime and they didn't pay off as they said the team didn't win in initial game.
I've bet that they will win, it didn't say that they had to win in initial game.
Avoid as they will be happy to take your money and not pay out if you win.
Will never use them again.

I'm sick to death of this particular online casino, my grandad always use to swear by Ladbrokes as his high street bookmaker of choice and I'm damn sure he would be turning in his grave if he could see just how abysmal they have become these days! Whilst their competitiors have modernised their online offerings, moved with the times you might say, Ladbrokes seem determined to move only backwards.

First they abandoned their fabulous Microgaming based casino and poker services in favour of Playtech, then they added a ridiculous pending period that often sees you waiting up to a whole week to receive your money from the time you first request a withdrawal. Finally, the previously excellent first class customer support was seemingly replaced - I can't imagine the current staff are the same team I used to speak to week in, week out back when I first started gambling online with this company. The other big UK bookmakers such as Hills and Paddy's also use the Playtech software but at least they have their own support staff, whereas Ladbrokes seem to be using the same cowboys as the rogue Playtech's who like to jump into the middle of your game and beg you to deposit money every other hand/spin even if you currently have a large cash balance! It really is quite shocking and I couldn't possibly recommend this casino as a result.

Oh, let's just take a moment to mention their "promotions" too shall we... terms are absolutely appalling, enormous wagering requirements including bonuses such as 10% and 20% matches with DEPOSIT PLUS BONUS WAGERING... so for example you might deposit £20 and receive a £2 bonus, but then have a wagering requirement of £770 ... for a £2 bonus! In fairness you do occasionally receive a few free spins via email which come with no wagering requirements, but it's usually only five spins so you have to be extremely lucky to win anything and even these offers have become few and far between just lately.

I said back at the beginning I was sick to death of this casino and there's a very good reason why - I've tried to get them to stop emailing my old address and sending me text messages on multiple occasions, I've thought I was successful twice now but then the messages start up again - not sure what kind of particular IT s*****ps could cause such issues but it's simply not good enough! I imagine Coral will kill off this brand as soon as they possibly can, they would surely have done it already if the Ladbrokes name didn't still have such a great following among older generations...

Been a vip plus customer for 10 years I play roulette big style I used to get chip drop bonus every week, then I got email saying vip is changing all of a sudden stopped doing chip drop. Can't look after loyal customers why? At the end of the day ladbrokes it's your loss not mine.

Frequently win at Ladbrokes but boy, oh boy, do they make you beg for withdrawals to be processed!

Slow withdrawal process requiring multiple chat sessions with their 'VIP' Customer Service agents, half of whom can't be bothered to help. They advise Paypal withdrawals usually take up to 6 hours, but to allow 48 hours. Fine, I have not problem with this except when you win a jackpot and are restricted to withdrawing maximum £5,000 per day and must allow 48 hours per withdrawal, this means they will hold on to your deserved winnings for a heck of a long time. Last set of three withdrawals all took closer to 72 hours after number of failed attempts to get someone to TALK to the finance team, not simply raise a request for someone to look into it. I always treat their customer service agents with utmost respect and use pleasantries to win their favor - don't even think of being rude to them, they will not wish to help and will just delay the withdrawal process longer.

Great to have low limit live Blackjack, it can be an expensive game so being able to play live and low limit was what attracted me to go back.

I experienced bad on Ladbrokes that my account suspended due to a reason that I request for bonus with consistently nature as uncontrolled on gambling. Thats a really annoying that such a reason to kick a player out.

MY account suspended by a rude ever host named Max. He was not happy that I keep on request bonus. I threaten that my account suspended if not answer his question which I am in control on gambling or not. I have my right that do not answer him as his rudeness. I decided to answer it to another host then and finally I given told that my account suspended due to uncontrolled on gambling.

What a disgusting reason given. There is not such rules that not allowed player to request bonus from yours, the decision always depends on their moods.

Please be aware that your account will get suspended with any unreasonable reason after you have lost a numbers of money.
