I placed a withdrawal for NZD$3500 back in May this year (Now November) I followed up for months and only got false promises. Then all of a sudden the Casino was closed for months, to upgrade its systems and use a new engine. During this period, apparently new management also took over. They have now reopened and apparently will not be honoring any account balance or withdrawal from previous owners. Blatant Theft and false promises the whole way along.

Good games. If it's just general inquiry they are fine.

But haven't paid out all my money.Have they been shut down? I'm still waiting on my 350 from the 12th of December 2017

The support is very quick and always available. But that's it!

Don't play there! This Casino is a joke and absolutely not recommendable. I waited for my withdrawal 5 weeks! I guess they wouldn't pay me at all without contacting the support every second day. Finally I contacted Playtech (there is a support for players in Playtech Casinos) and two days later I got my money. Only one advice: stay away from these guys, they only want to keep your money!

I find the withdrawal process is way to slow. They claim 5 to 7 business days. I have have payouts take from 4 weeks up to almost 2 months before getting my payouts. The excuse is always the same high volume. Gets pretty boring after a while being told the same thing over and over.

Pending time withdrawal is too long (more than a week). They tried to make a delay for it such as asking for more personal documents or to fill in a "Deposit confirmation form". Got a lot of casino spam (post, phone calls, mails). Avoid this casino!

The false information on their website claiming withdrawals take 1-5 business days. I have a pending withdrawal of only 400NZD that hasn't moved and its been 2 weeks, and the customer service reps just give the same generic responses. "It has been escalated" "It has been passed to the pit boss" "It has been followed up again to the finance team" etc etc.... If it's a Playtech casino, I'll sign up! Well, that was almost exactly 2 years ago! There isn't any Playtech casino that I haven't tried to register with. Live support may not be available all the time (the hosts do need to go to the loo, or have a quick meal, whatever, but they'll soon be back online) and I cannot really remember if I ever had any problems with their Live Chat. Maybe because I hardly ever need them because all bonuses are automatically credited in when you make your deposit, without the troublesome need for keying in the Bonus Code for the day, as for most other casinos. I need them only when I am faced with some technical problems or issues that would require their intervention and assistance. On all other occasions, about 99.9% I would say, I don't even use their services! But they have always been there when I needed them!

Around the end of 2015, they had some recurring technical problems with their systems, but have now seemed to be corrected and are running smoothly. No more problems for me so far, except for my own bloody personal problems...but that's a different story altogether, haha.

Until I am unable no more funds available to deposit! Comprehensive?!

One more thing. All bonuses have only a 30x bonus amount wagering requirement! Bonus amount, not deposit+bonus amount as for most other casino offers, and this makes a big difference in the total wagering you need to complete! For example, $100 bonus x 30 =$3000; $100 deposit+$100 bonus x 30 = $6000. See the big difference?!

Well, if I keep on talking about the things that I like about Grand Reef Casino, this review may go on and on and you might even fall asleep reading it! So lets just cut it out and make it short, hehe. There is only one thing, just one thing, that fails to meet my high expectations of the casino. What? No beautiful live girls? Gees. I don't play roulette so I wouldn't know about that. No, not even blackjack, white jack, yellow jack or baccarat. So go find out for yourself! Haha.

Slow withdrawal processing and completion times. This is what that doesn't live up to my expectations so far! But lately, this has improved by leaps. Don't know about the bounce and the fastest time I had received my money was in 2 days flat! Usually it would take 5 days, big amounts up to 15 days. Before this you don't wanna know! Haha.

If all small withdrawals can be paid in just 1 or 2 days, I would give Grand Reef Casino 10 beautiful green stars!!!

Grand Reef is a Playtech powered casino I joined earlier this month. It's been a little while since I last joined some casino with this software, which used to be my favorite. On AskGamblers it's stated that Grand Reef casino doesn't accept players from my country, that's why I didn't register there earlier, but I found some no deposit bonus offer and decided to give it a try.

I went through the registration very quickly and received both welcome email and text message. Then I went to live chat and I didn't have to wait for a connection at all. I asked if players from my country could play there and whether I could receive a no deposit offer. I was told that players from my country are welcomed to play there and receive welcome deposit bonuses, but that I wasn't eligible for any sign up no deposit bonus. In welcome email I was told that my country couldn't use credit cards as deposit methods, but could use Neteller and Skrill. Live support offered me a 150% bonus and 10 free spins, if I would make the deposit that day, but I decided to not take any bonus, since lately I have no luck with meeting wagering.

I made a 30€ deposit and went to play Halloween Fortune slot, which is another festive slot, but since I like the Halloween theme, I decided to go for it. Of course it didn't work out as I planned and I lost all of my balance soon.

Overall I had a good time at Grand Reef casino and I think I will play there again. They have very good customer service, great game selection and nice bonuses as well. Can't complain about anything at the moment.

I have played at this casino for the past four years and must say up until recently all complaints have been justified; I have even used this service to try and fast track a withdrawal. Over the past 12 months however, their service has improved out of sight and payments are now being processed within the stated time frames. I am not sure whether you get a better status over time that may influence this but Grand Reef has gone from a nightmare to an enjoyable casino to visit and deal with.

The graphic of the games are great. Good variety and they have one of the best keno games.

They will give you a new excuse every time you contact them to not pay your winnings. They keep asking for more personal information. Very worried about their approach and the security of my information with them.
