AVOID this casino at all cost they don't payout in the time frame that is stated on there web site, there live chat spin you yarns basically calling you a liar, DON'T play here would be my advice unless you like being called a liar and stuffed around for who knows how long to get paid winnings, from a member for over 4-5 years depositing from the same bank account.

If it's a Playtech casino, I'll sign up! Well, that was almost exactly 2 years ago! There isn't any Playtech casino that I haven't tried to register with. If I'm not restricted, I'm already in, or was in. If restricted, no way in, so I had to stay out. As far as I can remember, over these 2 years, Grand Reef Casino hasn't changed much but got better! More games, better bonuses, better offers, and there's always something on offer on a daily basis. Try and find another Playtech casino that does the same thing, you won't find any! The closest, without naming the casino, has nothing to offer on every Wednesdays, for one reason or another. Grand Reef has something for everyone, every day of the week, every week of the year! Nothing can beat that!

Live support may not be available all the time (the hosts do need to go to the loo, or have a quick meal, whatever, but they'll soon be back online) and I cannot really remember if I ever had any problems with their Live Chat. Maybe because I hardly ever need them because all bonuses are automatically credited in when you make your deposit, without the troublesome need for keying in the Bonus Code for the day, as for most other casinos. I need them only when I am faced with some technical problems or issues that would require their intervention and assistance. On all other occasions, about 99.9% I would say, I don't even use their services! But they have always been there when I needed them!

Around the end of 2015, they had some recurring technical problems with their systems, but have now seemed to be corrected and are running smoothly. No more problems for me so far, except for my own bloody personal problems...but that's a different story altogether, haha.

One more thing. All bonuses have only a 30x bonus amount wagering requirement! Bonus amount, not deposit+bonus amount as for most other casino offers, and this makes a big difference in the total wagering you need to complete! For example, $100 bonus x 30 =$3000; $100 deposit+$100 bonus x 30 = $6000. See the big difference?!

Well, if I keep on talking about the things that I like about Grand Reef Casino, this review may go on and on and you might even fall asleep reading it! Slow withdrawal processing and completion times. This is what that doesn't live up to my expectations so far! But lately, this has improved by leaps. Don't know about the bounce and the fastest time I had received my money was in 2 days flat! Usually it would take 5 days, big amounts up to 15 days. Before this you don't wanna know! Haha.

If all small withdrawals can be paid in just 1 or 2 days, I would give Grand Reef Casino 10 beautiful green stars!!!

Grand Reef is a Playtech powered casino I joined earlier this month. It's been a little while since I last joined some casino with this software, which used to be my favorite. On AskGamblers it's stated that Grand Reef casino doesn't accept players from my country, that's why I didn't register there earlier, but I found some no deposit bonus offer and decided to give it a try.

I went through the registration very quickly and received both welcome email and text message. Then I went to live chat and I didn't have to wait for a connection at all. I asked if players from my country could play there and whether I could receive a no deposit offer. I was told that players from my country are welcomed to play there and receive welcome deposit bonuses, but that I wasn't eligible for any sign up no deposit bonus. In welcome email I was told that my country couldn't use credit cards as deposit methods, but could use Neteller and Skrill. Live support offered me a 150% bonus and 10 free spins, if I would make the deposit that day, but I decided to not take any bonus, since lately I have no luck with meeting wagering.

Overall I had a good time at Grand Reef casino and I think I will play there again. They have very good customer service, great game selection and nice bonuses as well. Can't complain about anything at the moment.

I have played at this casino for the past four years and must say up until recently all complaints have been justified; I have even used this service to try and fast track a withdrawal. Over the past 12 months however, their service has improved out of sight and payments are now being processed within the stated time frames. I am not sure whether you get a better status over time that may influence this but Grand Reef has gone from a nightmare to an enjoyable casino to visit and deal with.

Grand reef casino is from the playtech portal and i think PT has the best slot games ever. I was taking a brake from playtech casinos during last couple of weeks. The main reason for that is that i invested much and withdraw very little. The other day i received email from grand reef casino marked as spam and i opened it to check it out.

It was a message saying i won 750 euros for free in this casino. I instantly clicked on it and it took me to their web site. The message was marketing trick and that amount should be given out for first few deposits. I don't like when casinos play that sneaky games with people. It is not free if i must make three deposit with several hundred euros in order to get it. Not to mention the wagering requirements which comes with every bonus money you take from casino.

I decided to register my account anyway and play some playtech games without any obligation. I downloaded casino and made a money account but before i deposited money i started live support to give them a piece of my mind because they are spamming people without a good reason. The lady i talked to was kind enough and told me that it must be email from their affiliate where i signed up. Since i already deleted email i was not quite sure about the sender i decided to give her a break and continue towards my goal in grand reef casino.

I successfully deposited founds and opened fantastic four slot. The payout was amazingly terrible as always when it comes to me. First ten or more spinsnot a single line hit.
