I played at Grand Reef Casino in April this year for the first time, got a bit lucky and wanted to withdraw 800 Euro. That was ending of April, one month later I got Email from support that they received my documents and my payment will be on my account soon. Since that time, they answered the phone for a while telling me it is been forwarded to they financial team and since middle of June, they do not pick a phone enymore, never got any of my Emails answered.
