I made a withdrawal 08/07/2019 $1000, I received an email confirming they have received my request and that it would take 4-7 working days to process. Since then I have sent verification forms, been in contact with online support and emailed support@grandreefcasino.com. I apologise in the slight delay, your withdrawal is with our finance team. I apologise I have emailed our finance team and we have escalated this several times. I know it's very frustrating but you can rest assured that we are trying our best to get them to finalize the payout. I've also requested in my e-mail to them that they please contact you just to give you an update on what is happening. As this is going on, I am still receiving promotional emails. 500% bonus, 250% bonus, 600% bonus. And yet my withdrawal is still sitting in my account. I have played online with jackpot city and I've never had issues with withdrawals. Not good enough!!!!!

26/10/2019 still no payment. so many broken promises. why does it take over 3 months to process a payment. this is not shown on your website. you should tell people you have problems processing payments. really bad.
