Waiting for payout for a long time

I had a payout of $3,000 they said 3 - 5 business days for the wire transfer to get to me. I asked when it was sent, first was told the 18th, then asked again and it was the 17th ... so which is it? I have no idea, if it was the 17th they are over the allotted time, 18th the same thing. After some major haggling with the chat staff finally got a tracking/reference number, called my bank hoping they would be able to track it, they called the relevant people and LO and behold there is no record of this wire transfer ever being sent. Went back to the chat and was assured it was sent, please wait another two days for it to arrive I was told, that would make it Friday, they will shelf it and claim they don’t work weekends, According to the Process Confirmations received by them a bank draft takes 5-7 days. You may ask why didn’t I chose a different method? Well that would be because Canadian players only have the one option for payouts and that’s a wire transfer.

I called my bank again, they traced it again, and guess what? Nothing! I am told by my bank manager that money coming from these places, like Malta, can only be traced by the sender. This Wixstars is a total Scam, I know I will most likely never see the money, but that doesn’t mean I will give up.

Obstructive Verification Process

I deposited £100 to Wixstars casino. I then changed my mind about wagering the money as I could not really afford to lose it. I subsequently submitted a withdrawal request and received a request for documentation including a notarized copy of my ID. I sent all the requested documents including a copy of my driving licence verified by the Post Office which cost me £10.50. I have since been told by live chat that this is not acceptable and the copy MUST be verified by a "lawyer, solicitor or notary" all of whom will charge me a substantial fee (relative to the £89.50 I am trying to retrieve).

I believe the casino is being deliberately obstructive in not accepting my verified copy of ID. I have a family to support and cannot afford to lose this money which is why I changed my mind about gambling it. I am surprised and disappointed that a casino that claims to encourage responsible gambling operates in this way.

I have the following problem with Wixstars Casino.
I requested a payment of € 2,700.
Of course, the casino has properly requested a confirmation.

I upload my documents ... identity card, proof of address, proof of payment and a photo with my face and identity card. I have been waiting for 48 hours and received an e-mail.

• A copy of your ID with an official stamp and the signature of your legal representative. (for example, your lawyer).

• A photo of your ID card. (Please make sure your face and ID are clearly visible in the photo).

I uploaded this one day later and the next day an email from Wixstars arrives that the notary will not accept because he is not red.
Then I phoned my lawyer, he said to me there is only this stamp another you do not have.
A copy of my identity card with a notarised deed and photo with my face and identity card.
I uploaded everything until 5 days ago. Proof of receipt, proof of address, identity card, driving license, certified copy of my identity card, my identity card with my face and a photo on which you can see me with the certificate in hand.
4 days later I received this e-mail.

A copy of your ID card that has been certified by a notary.

I received an email again saying that I should upload a notarized copy of my ID that I have already uploaded. And I also uploaded the photo with my face and ID several times.

Delayed Verification & €4,500 payment

Hello,

I have the following problem with Wixstars Casino.

I requested a payment of 4,500 €.

Of course, the casino properly requested verification.

I upload my documents ... identity card, proof of address, proof of payment and a photo with my face and identity card. I waited 48h and got an email

I uploaded everything until 3 days ago .. Proof of receipt, proof of address, identity card, driver's license, certified copy of my ID card, my identity card with my face and a photo where you can see me with the certificate in my hand.

3 days later I received this email

The funny thing was that on 13.11.2018 after I was in the live chat I got an email that my account was closed on my request. Then I went back to the live chat and the lady from the support said it was a system error. I hope you help me because I'm slowly afraid for my honest profit

Refusing bonus offer, then stalling refund and asking for unreal verification

I got an mail from Wixstars with a bonus offer so i made a deposit and was informed after the deposit i was not gone get a offer with the explanation:
-The manager said so.!
So withdrawing my original deposit of 2000SEK thay asked for documentation.
Id proof of address etc BUT thay also asking for a signed document from a lawer, Ofc this is totally insane as a document like this cost over 100€ to obtain.

I have sent ID back and front, Proof of address, proof of bank account deposit. and totally over verified my account and i am withdrawing my own cash deposit after thay refused to give me bonus thay marked to me.

I hope opening a case with Askgamblers will make them stop this harassment and total embarrassment of there brand. And give back the original deposit that is 100% my own money.

Delayed payout and verification

I have requested a withdrawal of € 300,00 on sunday 15/04/18. The next morning I was then asked for account verification. I provided all documents instantly. I contacted the live chat how long this can take and the answered it can take up to 2 bussiness days. After 2 days I still didn’t hear anything and my id still wasn’t validated. I contacted chat again and they addmitted there was a backlog for over a week now (!) but it should be done today (wednesday) or tommorow. Again no verification on wednesday or thursday. Again chatted today (friday) and it’s unclear when any verification will be done, it could be today or next week or even next month? They are not allowed to contact the department and disturb them and bassically can’t tell me as a customer what to expect, even worse they therefore cannot process my winnings because my id needs to be validated as well. I’ve stated my concearns and told Wixstars i was very dissapointed that both answers given were false and no one can tell me when i will receive my wothdrawals. Bassically they are just delaying the process not to pay out any funds. I hope a complaint at Askgamblers might help to get my id validated within the next days/week. Since the 2 days stated is over 4 days now and not a single idea how, what or when anything will be done at all.

Too many "technical issues" . I only joined this casino today and will not deposit anymore once I get to finish playing what left of today's deposit. Keep getting kicked out of games !!

Decent payoffs on games and a good variety of slots.

They credited me with an “automatic” bonus of £21 which I didn’t opt in for and then they tacked on a 51x wagering requirement since it wasn’t attached to a deposit. I never asked for the bonus and didn’t know that I had received it since it was automatic. Now I’m expected to wager over £1000 for a £21 bonus that I never wanted in the first place. This is ridiculous and a pure ripoff in an attempt to prevent withdrawing any winnings. I’m don’t know how this can be legal. The online chat was not helpful and blamed me for not refusing the bonus (that I didn’t even know I had received). He/she told me that I have to contact them via chat if I don’t want bonuses in the future. REALLY!!! Why do I have to contact them to take back a bonus that I didn’t want in the first place. My advice...play somewhere else!

Just deposited 100+ euro and got a sweet bonus.
Site is very fast and reliable, lots of games.

Though placed some 5 euro bets, when I saw (later) that max bet was only 4 euro under wagering.
Hope I won't lose my bonus over this, will update if they will let me keep wagering!

So far so good! Hope the 1 euro betting too much won't form problem

Got a 200% welcome bonus but didnt win,

After that iIgot 25 euro free and won 267€ with that.
Easy ID verification of only two days and 24 hours for my withdrawal.
Lots of slots but not all the Netent slots like Wild Wild West.

Navigation is good, they have live chat.

I think all casinos should have their 18+ sign on top of the website in red/white.
They dont offer all Netent slots, although they do offer a lot of slots.
