Waiting for payout for a long time


I had a payout of $3,000 they said 3 - 5 business days for the wire transfer to get to me. I asked when it was sent, first was told the 18th, then asked again and it was the 17th ... so which is it? I have no idea, if it was the 17th they are over the allotted time, 18th the same thing. After some major haggling with the chat staff finally got a tracking/reference number, called my bank hoping they would be able to track it, they called the relevant people and LO and behold there is no record of this wire transfer ever being sent. Went back to the chat and was assured it was sent, please wait another two days for it to arrive I was told, that would make it Friday, they will shelf it and claim they don’t work weekends, According to the Process Confirmations received by them a bank draft takes 5-7 days. You may ask why didn’t I chose a different method? Well that would be because Canadian players only have the one option for payouts and that’s a wire transfer.

I called my bank again, they traced it again, and guess what? Nothing! I am told by my bank manager that money coming from these places, like Malta, can only be traced by the sender. This Wixstars is a total Scam, I know I will most likely never see the money, but that doesn’t mean I will give up.

I have the following problem with Wixstars Casino.
I requested a payment of € 2,700.
Of course, the casino has properly requested a confirmation.

I upload my documents ... identity card, proof of address, proof of payment and a photo with my face and identity card. I have been waiting for 48 hours and received an e-mail.

• A copy of your ID with an official stamp and the signature of your legal representative. (for example, your lawyer).

• A photo of your ID card. (Please make sure your face and ID are clearly visible in the photo).

I uploaded this one day later and the next day an email from Wixstars arrives that the notary will not accept because he is not red.
Then I phoned my lawyer, he said to me there is only this stamp another you do not have.
A copy of my identity card with a notarised deed and photo with my face and identity card.
I uploaded everything until 5 days ago. Proof of receipt, proof of address, identity card, driving license, certified copy of my identity card, my identity card with my face and a photo on which you can see me with the certificate in hand.
4 days later I received this e-mail.
Transfer data with IBAN, BIC, name and bank logo
A copy of your ID card that has been certified by a notary.
A photo of your identity card. (Please make sure your face and ID are clearly visible in the photo).

I received an email again saying that I should upload a notarized copy of my ID that I have already uploaded. And I also uploaded the photo with my face and ID several times.

I ask for help that the profit is € 2,700 and that is a lot of money

I have the following problem with Wixstars Casino.

I requested a payment of 4,500 €.

Unfortunately, nothing happened .. I often went into the live chat, one even told me that my account was verified. And others said something is missing but everyone said something else.

I uploaded everything until 3 days ago .. Proof of receipt, proof of address, identity card, driver's license, certified copy of my ID card, my identity card with my face and a photo where you can see me with the certificate in my hand.

3 days later I received this email

I got again an email where it says that I should upload a notarized copy of my ID, which I have already uploaded. And I also uploaded the photo with my face and ID several times ..

The funny thing was that on 13.11.2018 after I was in the live chat I got an email that my account was closed on my request. Then I went back to the live chat and the lady from the support said it was a system error. I hope you help me because I'm slowly afraid for my honest profit
