I got an mail from Wixstars with a bonus offer so i made a deposit and was informed after the deposit i was not gone get a offer with the explanation:
-The manager said so.!
So withdrawing my original deposit of 2000SEK thay asked for documentation.
Id proof of address etc BUT thay also asking for a signed document from a lawer, Ofc this is totally insane as a document like this cost over 100€ to obtain.

I have sent ID back and front, Proof of address, proof of bank account deposit. and totally over verified my account and i am withdrawing my own cash deposit after thay refused to give me bonus thay marked to me.

I hope opening a case with Askgamblers will make them stop this harassment and total embarrassment of there brand. And give back the original deposit that is 100% my own money.

The documents were approved and the withdrawal was wired to the player bank account.
