The overall site design is fun and the bonuses are plenty. Also, the collection of games are providers is amazing and it is available to countries which are normally restricted by others.
The site is a bit hard to navigate which I am sure can be easily fixed by the casino. The chat support is a bit underinformed particularly on withdrawals.
Withdrawals take a long time to be approved, I made a withdrawal for 2000euros through Skrill that has been sitting there for 2 days already, I have been playing with other casinos and more than 24hour withdrawals through e-wallets is not the norm.

The withdraw process is awful. I have been waiting for a full week to process my withdraw, 48 hours is not true. I even use trustly the fastest method there is. It´s awful because as soon you win and try to withdraw money, they turn in to another site. They stop answering mail, the financial team has still not answered one of the 3 emails that I sent. Chat support can´t tell you anything just copy-paste answers as soon, shortly etc. It´s sad because this is the thing that will make me stop playing here.
