I guess they are getting 2 stars from me because of game collection and customer service is 24 hours I think. Everything used to be good from them, but now I am not sure is it new management, because I remember they were part of every matrix group, but now has another owner.
Nothing good to say. I think they went from good casino to very bad.
First of all, I used to receive my withdrawal in a few hours. My withdrawal was pending for 48 hours over the past weekend until I reversed it. So withdrawal time frames are now longer. I requested a new withdrawal and it's been more than 24 hours and still no word from them (and this is during business hours). My guess is then they do not process withdrawals over weekends which is really bad.
On Monday they have slot of the star week. You get 10 spins if you deposited 40 or 100 spins if you deposited 100 the previous week. Well I could not claim my spins for the deposits in the previous week because they are not allowed to add the spins while there is a pending withdrawal, so this means I lost out on my free spins simply because they taking their sweet time to process a withdrawal. I really do not get why a casino needs more than 24 hours to process a withdrawal. It irritates the hell out of me.
Their terms are vague. They do not stipulate withdrawal time frames, they do not say how long it takes to receive a withdrawal on average, or how long it takes for a withdrawal to be processed.
Come to think of it, their support is worse in this scenario. Support cannot even say how long it takes for the withdrawal, how long is the pending time. Support says the withdrawal is instant once it is processed, but cannot even give an estimate of how long it takes to be approved or processed.
So what is the point of having customer support? I asked them to point me to their withdrawal section in their terms and conditions and they just ignored me. I think their guy was Gerard I spoke to.
I think this will be my last deposit here, as I do not have patience of waiting for withdrawals or worse not knowing how long it will take every time since their terms cannot provide exact time frames of how long withdrawals take to be approved.
Ask gamblers should update the page to state pending is up 72 hours, or even longer, I guess I will know once I know how long it takes to get my money.

What is there not to like? It took less than 2 hours to verify my account. There seem to be very many positives about the site, especially the presentation and esthetic and vast array of games. However, this was overshadowed by the negative experience with first-contact customer support.

Delaying tactic:
They keep sending me emails to send documents and I did as well. Live support is lying to me. They are saying financial department is not working weekends but still after that they keep sending me emails asking for docs. I have sent docs several times, my withdrawal is still pending for 48 Hours. Live support is not helpful just saying wait for finance dep etc.
So now I have to close my account every 24 hours due to them delaying my winnings. I will not gamble there anymore until they stop delaying my winnings. So to future players, be aware of this casino. If you are like me that wants his winnings fast then stay away from this one.
