Ok looking, lots of games snd quite fast. Games seem to have defsult rtp, its rare nowadays. I could imagine playing here, but oh.. wait a moment. Check the massive cons.

Minimum deposit is 20€, but minimum withdrawal is 100€.

If you happen to win, it doesnt mean they would happily pay for your. First they let the cash out request hang several days, prob max 5. Then they return the your winnings to your account and ask for verification. On their terms they say they ask verification when certain amount is reached. That is blatant lying. Ok, so what? They doent accept driver's license. Everything they do aims to con you play back all your winnings. Definitely stay away from this site.

Site works fast, there are a large variety of games and the bonuses are SEEMINGLY very good. Support is fast to answer and "friendly", but they won't help you out much.

Withdrawals are an absolute scam. Even with all documents submitted AND accepted, it can take up to 7 business days for them to "approve" your withdrawal. This has happened multiple times.
Another really bad thing about the site is the fact that self exclusions and/or betting limits are hard to set up.
Due to these serious issues I will not ever play on the site again.

Such huge potential. Lovely bonuses etc and it's easy to navigate. Wager bar could be a bit better. All in all no issues with support or use.
As I said bonuses are good but it's pointless. If you win your not likely to be paid anyway, or at least its going to take an age.

A casino with such potential ruined by the withdrawal process. By far the slowest I've come across and that's coming from a position of having a pending withdrawal. They pull the usual document stunt. Drivers license not enough, need passport etc.
Delay tactics I presume to get you to reverse your withdrawal. Responsible gambling doesn't exist and you have to go through support, hence another barrier. I wish I'd read other reviews first because I definitely wouldn't have played. I'm pretty sure my withdrawal will be delayed again for some other reason made up to suit the delay. Great potential destroyed by greedy tactics.
I mean if your paid out quick you will redeposit and the game goes on.

Not much to like, they’re an average casino with an OK selection of games. They really need to up and improve or they’ll disappear like other casinos have before them.

They repeatedly send false and misleading offers via email. For example I was told I had 100 free spins because I had accumulated £150 or more in deposits that week. But then I was told I wasn’t eligible as I should have made 3 x £50 deposits and I had only made 2 x £50 deposits (and then several £30 and £40 deposits). They also send me regular false information and claims I’m eligible for more and I never am. Their agents on live chat are also very rude and I’ve reported them to the gambling commission.

West Casino has been established in 2017 but I only recently got to know the casino. I saw it on AskGamblers and thought it was new. Owner by Every Matrix group makes me trust them and I decided to register and create an account here. The signing up process was very easy and the fact that I could play in my own currency was even better. The fact that their loyalty scheme is a bit bad. You get 10 free spins as a freebie per week if you deposit $40 or more during that week. Also, no birthday gift and to level up as part of the rewards program you need to wager $5000 which is extremely high.

Casino seems good. There was lots of games and nice layout on the website. Live chat was also friendly.

I got worst experience what you can get as a gambler. I deposit 80 euros and I used bonus 70% what I got to my e-mail. I won my biggest win ever and I tried to withdrawal 6350 euros. There was something problem like I'm abusing bonus rules, because some other player have same IP-address and bonus was already used. MGA searched that situation and this actually happened. Bad luck maybe. That is the reason why I'm not trying to make complaint again at AskGamblers. I don't know who can be that another user. In Finland our IP-addresses (mobile broadband) are not personal so I think rules like this are unfair to gambler.

I can't understand why I can get bonus which is already used by same IP-address. There must be something information like "you are not allowed to this bonus, because its already used". That situation was not my fault. Westcasino gave back that 80 euros which I deposited. I'm still very unhappy for that experience and I hope you can do something that situations like this can never repeat again.

So when you 1st join West, like any reputable casino they need to verify your ID. This is a process which takes a few days but when it is done at least you know your safe. West casino is a place I discovered earlier in March. I noticed somewhere a post saying that they offer free spins for new sign ups and of course it got my attention right away. However it wasn’t the reason why I decided to join them.

As I usually do, I first checked their reviews on Askgamblers and noticed that Askgamblers had an exclusive sign up bonus. The bonus I’m talking about was a good 150% match along with 100 free spins. They are one of EveryMatrx casinos and it’s been a while since I registered at an EveryMatrix casino simply because a great number of them are shutting down. Regardless I was surprised to see that the bonus carried 35x wagering requirements.

Before signing up I chatted with their customer support to see if the offer was really as good as it sounded and whether I was eligible for it. Support was very friendly yet professional and I was told that I was good to go and that the bonus carried 35x bonus wagering!

Rest assured I signed up through Askgamblers link and tried to make a 20eur deposit using AskGamblers code. The code showed up as invalid and after a conversation with support, I was told that Malta wasn't eligible for it. Then I proceeded with their standard welcome bonus and deposited 20 eur. I got a match bonus along with 100 free spins on Guns n Roses slot machine. The spins paid 21 eur and then I started playing Twin Spin. I hit a big win, almost 400x bet and wanted to check the wagering. Then I saw that the wager was much higher than it should be and I started a conversation with their chat representative, who turned out to be the Account Manager.

Long story short, the support had given me invalid information and in fact, the bonus had 35x deposit and bonus wagering requirements, which if I had known, I wouldn't have taken in the first place. Regardless, after a long conversation the Account Manager cancelled the bonus for me and I was left with nearly 110 eur balance. My greed took over and I lost the money eventually.

Overall I have mixed feelings about West casino. From one side I enjoyed the game collection, but from the other I didn't like the hassle I went through and the misinformation I was given. Therefore, if I play there, it will never be with bonuses.

Registered, played got verified and withdrew - money in the bank! Within two days!
I am finding it hard to find fault with my experience. Brendon on chat guided me through to the askgamblers bonus which some sites have done their best to avoid and offered great service. I then got a bit of luck, cancelled my welcome bonus, withdrew and sent my docs for verification and sat back expecting to wait a couple of days, but found the funds in my bank just now, only a day following registration - the best experience a new punter could ask for!

The wagering could be lower - in my opinion is average for the industry but cannot see any unreasonable restrictions.

Played for a few months, not to much, never made an withdrawal.

I dont understand how this casino could have such a good rating here with ridicilous bonus terms. Asked for the chat operator for the terms of the bonus which they gave me( 25% for a deposit of 40eur) ,and him said 35x, but didnt mention that i need to wager deposit and bonus,so i end up with 40eur deposit and 10eur bonus with a wageringnof 1750eur. 175times the bonus i have receive. Has various deposit options but it says 0% fee on paysafecard. Actually it does have a fee and if u ask the livechat it simply says that its not their fault and they simply provide the service.
