The games are a bit slow at times. For example, my favourite game stopped at a critical moment. But then, after reloading the game, it started over from the same exact place where it was. I don't like that you get to cancel your withdrawal. You might just cancel it and gamble it away. I think it would be best (if instant withdrawals are not available), that you could at least lock up your withdrawal request so that you won't gamble it away. I don't know how fast the withdrawal would have been, because I cancelled mine and gambled it.

Vipspel casino is one of the latest casinos I joined. I had found out someplace that they were offering a 10€ no deposit bonus and since they were powered by several software providers, that including Netent, I was really eager to try them out.
I filled in the registration form and entered the bonus code I had found. After registration the bonus was added immediately to my account and I saw that the wagering was quite high-80x bonus. So if I wanted to make a withdrawal, I had to wager 800€ first.
I checked if they had Twin Spin slot and unfortuately they didn't so I opened the first game that came up and it was the Emoji Planet. I played a few spins and then it showed that the game was unavailable. I reloaded, played one spin and same message came up. Then I tried to open Gonzo's Quest but when it had loaded, it showed 0€ in my balance so I'm guessing there were some restricted games for the bonus.
Then I went to a safe game-Starburst and started playing with 0.20€ bets. A few spins later the "game unavailable" error came up. I thought I could switch to my mobile to see if anything changed. I opened Jack and the Beanstalk slot and started playing. The same mesage came few spins later, I reloaded the game and after that all was fine. I didn't get any bigger winnings than 30x my bet so after a while I ran out of credits.
Overall I think Vipspel is a decent casino and I like the softwares they have, but I probably won't deposit there. They don't have Twin Spin slot which is my favorite game, throughout the session I had dozens of technical issues both on desktop and mobile so I just think there are other places I prefer more.
Quite nice selection of games including Netent which i like most. Lots of bonus you can get via mail. As Vipspel is very shaky experience always double check with live chat about which bonus is valid or not and which exact time limit you have to finish your wager. If live chat is not online like 90% of the time then just wait or play other casino
This is based on my experience which I can prove by screenshot if needed my overall warning is simply avoid VipSpel at all cost when playing with bonus
1) In general terms there is no link to bonus terms so VipSpel can use any bonus terms on website if needed
2) Life chat is mostly always offline and be replayed by slow email response (about 24h delay)
3) Any bonus (with your deposit) will be reset to zero when you cant finish your wager in 7 days
4) There is no way to check yourself how much wager is left and vipspel don't tell you about the 7 days limit
5) When you ask support about wager status they tell you wager left but don't tell you how much time is left to finish wager
6) One time I finished wager then they gave me a new wager on my bonus without telling me why
7) Backend player database seems broken as when I want to look my player spins history its only showing€0 spins
8) There is no way you can find out when exact is your last possible time and date to finish wager before you lose all your funds to €0 reset
9) Sometimes while playing your funds are going missing and you must reload vipspel website and hope funds are restored
10) In my case they cabe me a €250 bonus because I complained I was threaded bad and after I finished wager I got a new 90x wager and after I was about to finish that again they reset my funds because 7 days are over!
11) Beware that when you deposit you get in option of bonus presented which don't work so after deposit you have no bonus.
A good set of games. Basically, video slots probably other games have not yet added. A good set of ways to withdraw money and deposit.
Some video slots brake and the image looks grainy.
