I was playing Clubhouse casino for 2 years and I was happy with it and choice of games and withdrawal speed and I never had any complaint until recently.
After 2 years of playing I just got mail that I don’t have right for bonuses anymore. And they have loyalty program and I passed from bronze to silver status and I got mail from them that I’m entitled to 100 e as reward for going to silver status. But when I log in there was no any reward and when asked why, they just voiced that I don’t have right for bonuses or loyalty program rewards and that is final decision. I asked multiple time for explanation but I received nothing.
I am very very disappointed by this and after 2 years I’m leaving clubhouse casino and I would recommend everyone else the same.
