The ClubHouse Casino - Withdrawal rejected 10 times so far

Dear AskGamblers,

Unfortunately, I am filing a complaint against The Clubhouse Casino due to repeated issues with my last withdrawal request. I am now on my 11th attempt, and each one has been rejected, despite my following all instructions provided by the casino.

In the past, I deposited using both Interac e-Transfer and credit card, but I always withdrew via e-Transfer, regardless of the deposit method. These withdrawals were seamless and consistently successful. However, after my most recent deposit—made using a credit card—I was informed that I must withdraw using the same method as that deposit. Since credit card withdrawals are not available to Canadian players, I was advised by support to use the bank wire transfer option instead.

I submitted all required banking details in the exact format specified, including the correct Canadian clearing code and wire-formatted account number. Despite this, each wire transfer request has been rejected, with the only explanation being that my banking information is incorrect—something I have verified multiple times and confirmed as accurate.

This situation has become unnecessarily stressful. I am simply trying to access my legitimate winnings of $1,355 CAD, which have now been withheld across 11 separate attempts. I believe I have met all requirements and acted in good faith.

I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

The verification process was a bit slow but for there in the end and I think more bonuses should be available without deposits as a reward for loyal customers.

I was playing Clubhouse casino for 2 years and I was happy with it and choice of games and withdrawal speed and I never had any complaint until recently.

After 2 years of playing I just got mail that I don’t have right for bonuses anymore. And they have loyalty program and I passed from bronze to silver status and I got mail from them that I’m entitled to 100 e as reward for going to silver status. But when I log in there was no any reward and when asked why, they just voiced that I don’t have right for bonuses or loyalty program rewards and that is final decision. I am very very disappointed by this and after 2 years I’m leaving clubhouse casino and I would recommend everyone else the same.

I tried this site out because it had a decent welcome offer, was part of the Dama group which I've enjoyed before and I liked the logo. It has been a good experience overall.
I mostly play the live dealer games from Evolution which they offer but I have played quite a lot of slots with the Clubhouse too because of the kind of bonuses they give (I guess some bonuses for table games would be good too). They base themselves on a private members club which I thought was a gimmick at first but the messaging I've received has been really nice and they seem to take a very customer centric approach to things, including the KYC process. It's an annoying fact of playing online these days that you have to provide a lot of information if you want to be sure of a withdrawal. Because I've had trouble before I like to make sure I am verified early on and I found the process really smooth and it has meant that any withdrawals I have made since have been really quick.

I am a huge fan of Dama NV casinos and I really want to try this casino but the design of the site is incomplete. The site does not have a provider filter. You cannot change currency as there is no wallet option. You cannot claim bonuses or no deposit bonuses because the casino forgot to add promo code bar/ tab. I hope casino representative reads this and fixes the issues.

Responsible Gaming tools do not work. It is impossible to set up [save] a deposit limit - video has been recorded.
Each deposit has to be wagered 3 times, so even if you are missing 0.20 EUR they will cancel the withdrawal.
They do not payout via credit card, setup like amateurs.

They claim to provide a personal VIP manager for all players and I can't dispute that as I received a personal email after only a few hours of playing with low stakes. The service I have had so far (only 2 weeks) has been the best I can remember at any casino.
