Withdrawal rejected 10 times so far

Dear AskGamblers,

Unfortunately, I am filing a complaint against The Clubhouse Casino due to repeated issues with my last withdrawal request. I am now on my 11th attempt, and each one has been rejected, despite my following all instructions provided by the casino.

In the past, I deposited using both Interac e-Transfer and credit card, but I always withdrew via e-Transfer, regardless of the deposit method. These withdrawals were seamless and consistently successful. However, after my most recent deposit—made using a credit card—I was informed that I must withdraw using the same method as that deposit. Since credit card withdrawals are not available to Canadian players, I was advised by support to use the bank wire transfer option instead.

I submitted all required banking details in the exact format specified, including the correct Canadian clearing code and wire-formatted account number. Despite this, each wire transfer request has been rejected, with the only explanation being that my banking information is incorrect—something I have verified multiple times and confirmed as accurate.

This situation has become unnecessarily stressful. I am simply trying to access my legitimate winnings of $1,355 CAD, which have now been withheld across 11 separate attempts. I believe I have met all requirements and acted in good faith.

I’m writing to confirm that I have now received my full withdrawal via Interac e-Transfer from The Clubhouse Casino.

You may consider my complaint resolved and closed. Thank you for your assistance throughout this process—I truly appreciate your support.

Update – May 20

I contacted RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) to determine why my wire transfers via INPAY failed. RBC confirmed that the INPAY system does not collect all the information required for international wires to Canadian accounts.

According to RBC, the following details are required to successfully receive a wire:
• A complete 7-digit account number (not combined with the transit number)
• The recipient’s full personal address
• Institution number (003)
• SWIFT/BIC code (ROYCCAT2)
• The specific branch address, transit number, and branch phone number

Because INPAY does not request all of this, the transfer was rejected—likely by the intermediary or receiving bank. As a result, the full amount of $4,405 CAD has been returned to my casino account.

To resolve this, I have:
• Requested that the casino manually process the withdrawal using complete and verified RBC wire transfer details
• Authorized the casino to initiate the withdrawal on my behalf
• Requested Interac e-Transfer as an alternative if a manual wire is not possible

A screenshot of the RBC explanation is attached to support this request. I am now waiting for the casino’s confirmation that they will proceed with either method.

Good morning,

As of May 18, I still haven’t received the two wire withdrawals ($1,355 and $3,050 CAD) marked “successful” by Clubhouse Casino on May 12 via INPAY to my RBC account.

I had to resubmit my correct banking info over 15 times, with the casino wrongly blaming me for formatting issues. RBC confirms no wires have been received or rejected.

I haven’t requested the MT103 yet but will if this isn’t resolved soon.
