My account was unjustly terminated with 2700euros in it

I would like to thank you first for the assistance you provided me with regarding my previous complaint about the clubhouse casino. After the complaint was published, they released my pending withdrawal and I became confident that it's permently resolved but they started doing the same again for my 1 more pending withdrawal of 45075 INR using a cryptocurrency withdrawal.

I am a victim again of this dramatic casino because they withheld my withdrawal again despite using the same method for withdrawal, which was used for the last 2 successful withdrawal part payments.

• Deposit Method: USDT from my Binance account
• Deposit Method: Binance USDT (screenshot attached)
• Withdrawal Method: Binance (Tried approximately 7 times, but all the times rejected.)
• Withdrawal Method: USDT (Rejected repeatedly)

Available Withdrawal Methods for my Account: USDT and Binance for crypto only. (Screenshot attached, and using both, it's rejected)

Last successful withdrawal method: Binance (I had only 2 successful withdrawal till the date, and both were using this method)

1. Your deposit and withdrawal Methods are different.
2. Your deposit and withdrawal methods are the same, but still getting declined. Try resubmitting again and wait for 24 hours. Got declined this way 7 times.
3. Support Agent: Please wait, we are checking your account, and then the agent disappeared.
4. Now i have been restricted from sending new messages after exchanging a few messages.
5. Observed that my message history is automatically getting erased.

Current Status: Withdrawal is withheld and gets rejected immediately after the request. Funds are lying in the account. No way to communicate on chat now because I am restricted from sending new messages, and chat is totally manipulated.

I need urgent assistance to withdraw my 122087 INR from theclubhouse casino. This is my first withdrawal with this casino and as it's owned by reputed Novatrix SRL.

I deposited using USDT to my INR wallet and now I am withdrawing but every time withdrawal is getting rejected.

• Rejection Reason 1: Withdrawal is processed using same crypto currency method so I choose the same wallet address used for deposit.
• Rejection Reason 2: Withdrawal requested amount exceeds the available balance in my wallet. (I don't know how it's possible)
• Rejection Reason 3: Contact support to know more about the withdrawal rejection.

I am continuously trying to get in touch with online chat but the issue seems at their end because every member joining the chat becomes unresponsive while they put me on hold to review my query and after waiting hours as well no response is coming only agent is typing shows. If I refresh the page, chat closes new member joins. This has happened 4-5 times and now every time when I am contacting them and waiting in chatroom. Because of this, i am not able to understand exact reason for withdrawal rejection and even if I submit new withdrawal request its immediately getting declined.

I tried to connect with my personal account manager over a email but no luck and no postive response over there as well.

I've been going back and forth between my bank and The Clubhouse Casino for the past two weeks in an attempt to get paid out for my winnings from the casino.

They keep asking me for bank statements so they can see if the money has come through. I send it, and they send me back to my bank, who then tells me that there has been no deposit made to my account.

My experience with other casinos is that I've always had an option to have the funds credited directly to my bank account; however, with Clubhouse, the only option was to have the payout paid back into the debit card that I used to deposit funds into my casino account.

Our technology is super advanced now, so it baffles me as to why the delay with my payout is taking just over 2 weeks now to try and resolve

Unfortunately, I am filing a complaint against The Clubhouse Casino due to repeated issues with my last withdrawal request. I am now on my 11th attempt, and each one has been rejected, despite my following all instructions provided by the casino.

In the past, I deposited using both Interac e-Transfer and credit card, but I always withdrew via e-Transfer, regardless of the deposit method. These withdrawals were seamless and consistently successful. However, after my most recent deposit—made using a credit card—I was informed that I must withdraw using the same method as that deposit. Since credit card withdrawals are not available to Canadian players, I was advised by support to use the bank wire transfer option instead.

I submitted all required banking details in the exact format specified, including the correct Canadian clearing code and wire-formatted account number. Despite this, each wire transfer request has been rejected, with the only explanation being that my banking information is incorrect—something I have verified multiple times and confirmed as accurate.

This situation has become unnecessarily stressful. I am simply trying to access my legitimate winnings of $1,355 CAD, which have now been withheld across 11 separate attempts. I believe I have met all requirements and acted in good faith.

I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

I was credited a $15 bonus that stated the max win was $1500,

I ended up winning and withdrawing $600 together in two separate withdrawals,

I then received an email stating I had exceeded the max win amount and my balance had been corrected, upon checking my withdrawals were both canceled and my balance was at $300. I contacted support immediately explained the issue and provided screenshots showing the terms stating the max win amount of $1500.

They contacted the finance department and then they said “Sorry it was the manager's decision to CUT IT THIS WAY” I said, “So it was the manager's decision to go against the terms of the bonus?” He said he’d escalate it to the manager again and see what he says, they have breached the terms are not honoring the terms laid out for the bonus, and have stolen $300 of funds fairly won within the terms of the bonus.

I have withdrawn the $300 from my account and would like help to receive back my remaining and stolen $300 I have provided screenshots of the bonus I received and the terms thereof which I underlined red where it states $1500 as the max win, also screenshots of the conversation I had with the support staff.

Found this casino on some affiliate site, created an account on February 9th, made a 25 euros deposit and claimed the first deposit bonus. There were some glitches as I played, but sorted everything out with live chat. Got lucky managed to clear the wager and made 700 in withdrawals. Uploaded my documents for verification all went good. After that the problems started.

When I tried to make a withdrawal Skrill was missing as a withdrawal method. Only Bank Transfer, Mifinity and CoinsPaid were available. Talked to support they told me they were experiencing some technical issues, told me to wait or withdraw with another payment method. From there on my withdrawals to CoinsPaid and Mifinity just remained pending, for chat to tell me I could only withdraw to Skrill. Nothing is resolved, Skrill is still not available, my withdrawal to Mifinity is still pending, despite an agent telling me it was in the approval phase and it would be processed. Today on chat the agent told me she couldn't share any information with me about my withdrawal.

I'm tired of waiting, I want to get my fair earned winnings. I ask Askgamblers for help. I'm very disappointed by this casino, I play at the Dama NV group all the time.
