Stake is scamming me and holding my 3086 USDT hostage with impossible demands

I am writing this complaint in absolute desperation and frustration. I have been a loyal player on Stake.com for over 2 years, trusting them with my funds. But now I feel I am being completely scammed and mentally harassed by their support team.

They have suddenly suspended my account and blocked my withdrawals, trapping my hard-earned balance of 3086 USDT. I have done absolutely everything they asked to prove my identity and source of funds.

Bank Statements and Reference Letters

Official Salary Slips (my only source of income)

I even successfully verified my ID via the "Veriff" link they sent to my email.

My account is verified to Level 3. But now, for Level 4, they are playing games with me. They are demanding a "certified annual tax document." I have told them a thousand times I am a salaried employee. My tax is deducted directly by my company. I do not file the specific document they are asking for. It is impossible for me to provide a document that doesn't exist for me.

I have already sent my official payslips, which clearly show my income and tax deductions. This is 100% valid proof.

I believe Stake.com is intentionally requesting impossible documentation to stall the process and avoid paying out my balance of

3086 USDT. I have provided my Real proof of my identity and income source. now Its completely impossible for me to send documents for 'other' sources of income because my job is my only source of income. I have already sent them my salary slips and bank statements to prove this. They are simply using this request as a weapon to keep my 3086 USDT. They are blackmailing me. This is robbery and mental torture

My stake account has been suspended and withdrawals are locked. I currently have 3601 USDT in the account. When I contacted their account team to inquire why my account was suspended and why I am unable to withdraw my own funds, they informed me that I need to resubmit documents for verification and only after this process will I be able to access my funds my account. Was already verified previously despite this I agreed to cooperate with them and submitted all the required documents including my identity proof, a selfie and all documents which they asked. After making me wait for over a week they rejected my identity document and selfie and are now demanding that I provide a passport for verification.

The issue is that I do not possess a passport, my account was already verified using other identity documents in the past and now they are making unnecessary excuses insisting on a passport to verify my account, I have explained to them multiple times that I do not have a passport and cannot provide one as I have never applied for or obtained one, despite this they continue to respond rudely and insist that I must submit a passport to withdraw my funds.

They have now stopped replying to my emails and this situation is causing me significant financial stress and I am deeply concerned about accessing my hard earned funds. If AskGambler platform can help me in resolving this issue I would greatly appreciate it, please help me.

Procedural Unfairness and Lack of Transparency in Decision Making

I made a cryptocurrency deposit (USDT) to my Stake account and placed a sports bet, which was successfully settled.

After attempting verification, my account was permanently restricted. Stake stated that the decision is final.

I am not requesting account reinstatement. I am requesting the return of my deposited cryptocurrency funds, which remain on my account balance and belong to me.

Stake has refused to allow withdrawal of my crypto balance without providing sufficient justification for retaining my funds.

Summary of the issue

My account at Stake.com has been temporarily suspended and my withdrawals blocked while the casino requests repeated and increasingly unrealistic KYC / source of funds documents, even though I have already provided everything that is actually available from my employer and bank.

Timeline and details

– On 20 November 2025 I received an email from Stake informing me that my account was suspended and that they needed additional KYC documents under their Terms of Service (Clause 4.8).
– I was asked to complete verification up to Level 4:
• Level 2 – selfie with ID and username/date
• Level 3 – utility bills and proof of payment for the last three months
• Level 4 – payslips and bank statements for specific months, with the salary figures matching
– I followed these instructions and, after some confusion about my username, Stake later confirmed that Level 2 and Level 3 were completed.
– For Level 4, I was first asked for payslips and bank statements for April, May and June 2025. I uploaded:
• Original electronic payslips for those months
• Bank statements clearly showing my salary deposits, which match the payslips
– Despite this, my submissions were rejected several times without any clear explanation beyond “documents did not meet the requirements”, and I was asked to re-upload everything multiple times.
– Later, Stake changed the requirement to May, June and July 2025 and again requested payslips and matching bank statements. I complied and submitted the documents again.
– After several days, I received a new message stating that my Level 4 submission was rejected because the payslips must be “signed and stamped by the authorised issuer and contain full company details.”

Employer confirmation – requested documents do not exist

My employer is a large Canadian utility company. I contacted the Manager of Payroll to try to satisfy Stake’s request. In writing, my employer confirmed:
– They do not have an official company stamp or seal for pay stubs.
– They do not issue pay stubs with signatures.
– Pay stubs are generated electronically in the same format for all employees and already contain company's letterhead and details.
– They cannot reissue payslips in a different format or add stamps/signatures.

This means that the type of document Stake is now demanding (signed and stamped payslips) is impossible for me to obtain, not only personally, but for any of my company's employee. I have already provided the only official payslips that exist, together with the bank statements showing matching salary deposits.

My position

I believe I have fully complied with Stake’s KYC and source-of-funds requirements to the best of my ability:
– ID verification and selfie have been accepted (Level 2).
– Address verification and bills have been accepted (Level 3).
– For Level 4, I have provided:
• Original electronic payslips for the requested months
• Bank statements for the same months with matching salary entries
• Written proof from my employer that they do not issue signed/stamped payslips and cannot reissue them

Despite this, Stake continues to reject my submissions and insists on a type of document that does not exist in my employer’s system. In practice, this means my account remains suspended and my funds are blocked for reasons beyond my control, even though I have been completely honest and transparent.

I understand that casinos must follow AML and KYC regulations. However, I feel that in this case Stake is moving the goalposts and demanding impossible documentation instead of reasonably assessing the documents I have provided.

What I am asking AskGamblers to do

I kindly ask AskGamblers to review my case and help mediate with Stake. Specifically, I am asking that:
– Stake accepts my official electronic payslips and matching bank statements as sufficient proof of income and source of funds and completes my Level 4 verification; or
– If Stake still refuses to verify me, that they clearly state their final position and release my remaining balance, rather than leaving my account indefinitely suspended despite full cooperation.

My Stake account got suspended on November 16, and now I can’t withdraw my funds. I’ve got 1,975 USDT in there that I worked hard to earn, but they’re still holding it. My account has been placed in withdrawal-only mode, yet I am still unable to withdraw any of my funds. Every time I attempt to make a withdrawal, I receive the message: “Sorry, you currently cannot do this. Please contact support for further assistance.”

I have already completed Level 3 KYC, even though, according to your own policy, withdrawals are allowed from Level 2 onward. Despite meeting and exceeding the verification requirements, my access to my own funds is still being blocked without any valid explanation.

I have repeatedly contacted support through email and live chat, but I am being completely ignored. No one is providing a reason, a timeline, or any kind of proper response. My account is locked, my funds are inaccessible, and I am left with no support from the Stake team.

This situation is unacceptable. I have fulfilled all verification obligations, and yet I am being prevented from withdrawing the balance that rightfully belongs to me. I need a clear resolution and immediate access to my funds.

October 5th,

I deposited 8,000 in USDC to my stake account. I turned it into 122,000 on October 6th. I successfully made one withdrawal of 50,000 which went through successfully. I then made another withdrawal of 55,000 which didn't go thru. A few minutes later, my account was suspended and then was told to contact support. Support told me they suspected me of breaching terms and conditions, which first of all I never did. I understand they have the right to ask for KYC and was told to do level 1, 2, 3 again and then send an email to their contact or etc. I submitted 2, confirmed with the support chat it was good. They said yes, then I was told to do 3. I did that, and then I was told to receive an email from Veriphy or etc to submit my ID again, which was the same as Level 2. I did it this time, and suddenly they reject the SAME ID's THEY ACCEPTED FOR LEVEL 2 and permanently close my account. 72,000 is stuck in the account which is a lot of money and I would like it back.

I firmly believe I won too much money that day, and the casino is tryna screw me over 72,000.

Urgent stake Complaint Account Closure Withheld Funds of 1800 dollars

Summary of Events:

I was recently informed that my account(s) were suspended due to alleged multiple account usage.

Upon contacting support, I was told I could select one main account to continue playing on if I completed KYC levels 1–4 on that account. I complied fully and verified my main account.

Despite following these instructions, I have now been informed that both accounts are permanently banned.

This is probably the best casino/sports book i have seen yet. No delays in deposit and withdrawal unlike other casino asking for id and haggling only for you to just play with the money and lose it all before withdrawing everything is instant as a crypto currency.

You are wondering why i am rating this a one star well its because of there self exclusion program. I have a big gambling problem i have asked them to Please permanently close my account and self exclude. They have done that so then the next day i ask them to please un ban me they just did that. ( I just recently found out why that happen in there terms that have something called a cooling off period where you can get unbanned within 24 hours) I find this very unethical as there are people with gambling addiction like my self who are just easily be able to prey on. I had very bad experience on this platform and there support behave very rudely with me. When I tried to ask them questions. They had blocked me several times. Here I am not allowed to share whole story though what I went from 23rd OCT to till date. But, I can say they will do whatever possible to make profit. And, threaten me, they make fun of me when I tried to asked them questions about my case. And, most important thing is that I am still fighting with them to get refund. Which they are not ready to make. I can't explain here on what basis I am asking because I am restricted from sharing it here. That's what all I can say.. please don't ever use their service because at end of the day it's not how something is helpful in good times but, that thing will be tested either it is helpful when your time is bad and when they ready to accept the mistake they committed.
