Stake blocked my account and holds over 9000 USDT! They told me to send an email to the relevant department, which I did on 4th of May. The second email was sent on 10th of May. Today (16th of May), I still haven’t received any answer from them.
I contacted live chat around 5 times, and each time they told me that I have to wait longer and that they can’t do anything. Of course, my account is frozen and I can’t withdraw my money.

Dear Askgamblers, I have uploaded again the notarized agreement and screenshots of crypto deposits, that have been asked by Stake team in the previous message of this complaint. The amount of loan perfectly matches (up to CENTS) the provided screenshots. I ask Askgamblers team to join the discussion, i would like to share the documentation in private. I will reiterate myself - i have paid a lot of money to the notary, i have passed all the checks and KYC links, i would like finally to finish the verification!!!!

The reasons for the document's rejection have already been provided.
Source of funds verification exists to trace the movement of money to you, that is, to show where the funds genuinely originated and how they reached you. The notarized loan agreement alone does not do this. Because the funds are recorded in the agreement as a cash payment, there is no traceable link between the cryptocurrency you have described and the money in your account. A cash entry cannot evidence a cryptocurrency source.
In order for our compliance team to review the document again, please provide, in addition to the loan agreement, a screenshot of your mobile wallet showing the transaction hashes that correspond to the cryptocurrency amount stated in the agreement.
