I am filing a complaint against Stake Casino regarding a targeted email promotion I received on July 9, 2026. The promotion explicitly stated that if I deposited any amount within 48 hours, I would receive a $10 bonus credited within 48 hours.
I acted on this offer and successfully made a deposit well within the required 48-hour timeframe. However, the 48-hour window for the reward to be credited has now passed, and the $10 bonus has not been added to my account. I am requesting that Stake Casino honor the terms of their promotional email and credit the missing $10 bonus to my account.
Dear @matheww266,
The AskGamblers Complaint Team is kindly asking you to update your complaint in a timely manner and confirm if the required verification paperwork has already been sent to the Stake Casino team accordingly.
Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS Terms and Guidelines which you accepted upon registering and using our complaints system, you are obliged to provide the necessary level of assistance and cooperation during the process. Should you refuse sending the required verification paperwork or fail to update your complaint in a timely manner, we will have no other choice but to reject the case and recommend you to forward it to the relevant regulatory body.
Thanks for your cooperation.
Thank you for the follow up.
Please note that, as outlined in Clause 4.8 of our Terms, we reserve the right to request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time in order to verify a player's identity and location. For full details, please refer to our Terms of Service: https://stake.com/policies/terms.
Once the verification request from our previous message has been completed, we will be able to proceed and review the promotion you mentioned.
Kind regards,
Stake.com
I am writing to formally disagree with this sudden request for additional identity documentation. I see this as an unnecessary excuse to delay resolving my missing promotional reward.
My Stake account is already fully verified, and I have successfully used the platform under that verified status. Requesting that I submit highly sensitive personal data, such as selfies holding my identity documents and handwritten notes, is an overreach for a dispute concerning a standard $10 promotional sign-up bonus.
I am committed to protecting my identity and personal data security at all costs. Since my account identity has already been confirmed by Stake previously, there is no legitimate reason to hold up the review of the promotion based on these redundant demands.
I request that AskGamblers compel the operator to move forward with reviewing the explicit transaction and wagering evidence I have already provided, rather than allowing them to stall with unnecessary verification loops.
Thanks.
Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your case.
Upon investigation, we identified that your identity verification was rejected and further documentation has been requested to complete this process.
To proceed, please submit a selfie of yourself holding the front of your document, followed by a separate photo showing the back. In both images, you must also be holding a handwritten note displaying your username and today's date.
Once your identity has been confirmed as per the above, we will be able to move forward with the review of the promotion mentioned in your complaint.
Kind regards,
