Game selection is good, some new games are missing but that's not an issue. Customer support is fast and friendly. Several deposit methods available. Website interface is pretty ok.
When you want to cashout your winnings the nightmare begins, first it is pending for 48 hours as per their T&C (that's ok), after that is past you don't hear anything anymore. Also a lock function on your withdrawal is missing. KYC procedure is horrible you send in your documents and after weeks you get feedback on it. I will never play at Spinland again

So far I almost like everything here. The welcome bonus is very generous and it's not 35 times deposit and bonus as it is stated on askgamblers but only 35 times bonus amount.

Joined Spinland and took a 200% bonus, expecting to lose within just a few minutes because this is what has happened to me so many times. At first the slots didn't seem to be very generous but I managed to get some decent wins on Netent slots, which surprised me since Netent had been dead for me for at least a year, with only a few exceptions and minor wins.
When I finally managed to wager the bonus money I had enough left to make some bigger bets around 3 Euro on several different slots from different providers, and won bigger amounts on some slots while other slots seemed to be completely dead. However, when being down to 2000 Euro I decided to withdraw, being skeptical of really receiving the money since I had played with a bonus, and some casinos always find something to not pay you, claiming a breach of terms on the player's part. Though I had been very cautious to not breach any bonus term I actually was a bit doubtful.
What can I say? Account verification 2 days, pending withdrawal around 36 hours and receiving the money was just one day later, despite the casino saying that it generally takes 3 to 5 days for the money to be transferred. What a lovely surprise.

Very good casino with a lot of the best game Providers such as netent and micro. The welcome bonus is the best you find and with no max cash out as a lot of other casinos have a max cash out which I refuse to play. I also got a cash out on my first deposit which was paid with no hassle.

Recently, I received a nice promotional email in my mailbox from Spinland Casino. Spinland? Hmm, I've never come across this name before, honestly speaking, but there are already a number of casinos using the name 'spin'. Well, the offer was for a 200% deposit bonus for the first deposit, plus 50 free spins on NetEnt’s game Warlords Crystals Of Power to go along with it, but the second deposit has a better 100 free spins offer on the game Wild Wild West. Damn! Wish it was the other way around, hehehe. I simply cannot resist offers of 100 free spins, but 50 free spins was just as half-exciting, so I decided to sign up and take the offer.
Upon visiting the casino's website, I wasn't impressed. Why? Well, Spinland uses cartoon characters and illustrations, similarly as with some other casinos too, but the overall graphical quality leaves much to be desired. Even Gale & Martin's Casino website looks better than Spinland's. Ah well, perhaps they are still very new and need lots more work on improving their graphical presentation quality. I do like simplicity, like what Casumo's has for their website - very simple cartoon characters but nicely illustrated and presented. That's the clue - nicely illustrated and presented! Spinland's guys should pick up on this, hehehe.
As for the games selection, I can't complaint much, simply because Microgaming, NetEnt and Thunderkick games are available for me to play on. The other game providers don't do much for me, so I'm not excited about them at all. Well, after browsing through the games list, only then I found out that my favourite Microgaming games are not available - Supe It Up and Beach Babes are missing, even though Mega Moolah and Mega Moolah Isis are available, but that wasn't good enough for me. Supe It Up is currently my top favourite game to play, and not being able to play it disappointed me considerably! Flame Busters from Thunderkick is available too, but that game alone just won't do. All in all, the games selection didn't impress me much, sad to say.
