Spinland Casino - Payment nightmare

I won 3500.00 Canadian over a week ago. I have sent all the documentation required to process this withdraw. I keep receiving emails asking me for more information from the bank. I've sent in bank statements with my address as well as my account number attached and they are still stalling on my payment. I want my money that I won I should not have to go through all of this as they accepted all my deposits with no hesitation. I have attached the emails and other information so you can see the correspondence. This is unacceptable I won the money now they need to send it to me. U will see all the information on the documents attached that has been sent to them to process my payment yet they still keep saying they need more. Please help me get my winnings

So I tried to send in a copy of the last document the required and now my emails are being rejected.

So I received an update they say I should be paid within 2 to 5 business days although I have received no emails about this. We shall see. Fingers crossed.
