I was interested in them as they had been added on Askgamblers and offered a very nice first deposit offer- for a deposit of 10eur or more I could get a 100% match bonus along with free spins and most importantly- only 35x bonus wagering requirements. The sign up was easy, however, what I found a little odd was that I was unable to set up my own username- it was generated automatically so unless I save it on my device or write it down, I would forget it as it was a long combination of letters and numbers. Also, I had to verify my phone and had to approve deposit request by entering code from a text message sent by them. 

Regardless, I made a deposit of only 10eur and got the bonus instantly. One thing that I didn't like right away was the fact that the bonus and real money was in separate wallets- what I mean by that is - when I tried to open Starburst slot, which I wanted to play to boost balance a bit and possibly clear wagering by lowrolling for a while, I had to choose if I wanted to play with bonus money or real money. I chose bonus money, had a few wins and from 10eur got to 20eur quickly. Then I noticed that my wagering hadn't changed a bit, so I figured that it must be a parachute bonus, so I decided to play Twin Spin and most likely lose my balance and start wagering. Somehow, within the first spins, I managed to get a 250x bet win, which boosted my balance up to 60eur. I played for a bit, my balance went down and I decided to withdraw...Only to find out that the minimum withdrawal amount was 50eur. I went back to Twin Spin, had a few wins and managed to withdraw 50eur by forfeiting my bonus money.

I had requested withdrawal to my Revolut card which I used for deposit, and the withdrawal was credited to my card in less than 2 hours, which was very surprising given the fact that it was the weekend.

Customer service level is extremely low. For absolutely no explanation their “security” blocked my account and when I enquired as to why, they accused me of providing incorrect data (100% not true). I responded that I do not know what they are speaking of since all my data is correct (I even checked my account profile just in case) and asked for them to clarify. Their response was multiple single line emails with ridiculous instructions (at one point I thought this was a joke). My experience interacting with this website has been unprofessional, arrogant, obstinate and very rude. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this website. There are many other websites on line that treat their customers with respect but it sure isn’t Casino-Z. I do not understand how they managed to receive the rating they have. With the way customers are treated, I expect this website will not last long.

I found Casino-Z this year, about two months ago. I withdrew $ 850 to the card. The amount is not cosmic, but I am satisfied. The site is usually loaded and just perceived. The graphics are nice looking. Bonuses come once a week, and you can immediately withdraw, everything works, a pleasant trifle no matter what you say! While I'm happy with everything, I play mainly on slots.
