I love it, it's actually the only one I play at. Odds are pretty good, the withdrawal process is amazing, extremely fast. The onky casino so far to match their speed is PokerStars, but their software is so glitchy, Spinbetter has no such issues. What bugs me is that I played-through over 70,000 euros so far with them. I know based on the amount of points needed to reach certain loyalty levels, like Ruby, for example. They have a system of points you're supposed to get by playing that you can then exchange for various bets, spins etc. But for months, I have only 42 points and the system simply does NOT count my points. I told this to support several times, but no-one helped me with this. I got an email of "my personal manager", sent him an email but haven't received any replies, so that sucks. I also got not one, but two messages saying I won a prize from a deposit lottery, but because it's not counting my points, I was left without a reward. So I felt cheated.
