Slots Plus Casino - Withdrawal timeframe inaccurate

The website states that processing times could take up to two weeks, but it has been longer and the only answer I ever receive is that I should be patient because they are waiting on their third party payment processor. All verification documents were submitted and I was told that my payout request was approved, but in my account history it still states that my payout status is on request. Also the sticky bonus amount was already approved and taken from my account which I would think should be done after processing entire payout request.

I have requested a payout almost a week ago and again they keep telling me they have no clue when my payment will actually be processed. They have confirmed that my account is fully verified (I just did a cash out on December 31st) but my last two withdrawls took a month and the first one took almost 3 months. They advertise a payout speed of 5-7 days. They have never even gotten close to that mark. I am waiting on a $900 cash out via direct deposit. I have already received the email saying my withdrawl is approved and they are waiting on their payment provider to send it, but it always takes at least a month.

Slots Plus Casino - Waiting for my payout

I requested my withdraw for $950 over two weeks ago. Everything is verified and has been accepted, when I ask when I'm going to receive my money all they keep saying is that, "it has been sent to our third party payment processor and will be in the next batch." It has been over two weeks now and I keep getting the same generic response. The only other time I have won and requested a payout, it took me 3 months to get my money when their website says you will receive your withdrawl 7-10 days after it's approved. I spoke with Juan from customer support and he said on last Tuesday the 17th of December that they money will for sure be in my account this Tuesday which was the 24th of december and I still haven't received it. I have the chat transcripts from that conversation if you guys need it. I feel like I keep getting the run around again and I am a very good paying customer that makes deposits very often.

Slots Plus Casino - Withdrawal is taking too long to process

I claimed a bonus which has a maximum withdrawal of $125 and complete the wagering requirements. But the minimum withdrawal on the cashier is $150 so I contacted support to ask how to withdraw my earning. Slots Plus Casino - Wrong information and delayed payment

I originally asked if I need to submit documents in October 26, 2019. The representative didn't answer. I was simply told to submit the withdrawal request. This of course was my mistake, I should have known better. All online casinos require identity verification. After a week I followed up and was told to submit documents. I promptly submitted them.
I then was told it would be 5-7 days. I specifically asked if everything was in order several times. I was told yes. Since then I got a notification that my payment was declined because I didn't remove the bonus funds. No problem but I should have been told when I asked if everything was done properly on my end. They said it was fixed but there was a security issue. I checked with security three times and they said I was fully verified. I keep asking if it will be another 5-7 business days. Still have not received my withdrawl. It was approved almost 2 weeks ago and they keep saying they are behind on their processing. Slots Plus Casino - Unfairly decreased my $2,500 withdrawal to only $500

After depositing and playing with $100 I actually won $2500. I was very happy as I never have any luck with gambling online. I submitted my request for the withdrawal and completed all verifying stages. I was then told I can only withdraw $500 of my winnings as you can only withdraw 5 times the amount of the deposit. Slots Plus casino is a member of the same group of rascals as the Vegas Casino Online, Sun Vegas and Las Vegas USA.
