Can’t get paid

I have requested a payout almost a week ago and again they keep telling me they have no clue when my payment will actually be processed. They have confirmed that my account is fully verified (I just did a cash out on December 31st) but my last two withdrawls took a month and the first one took almost 3 months. They advertise a payout speed of 5-7 days. They have never even gotten close to that mark. I am waiting on a $900 cash out via direct deposit. I have already received the email saying my withdrawl is approved and they are waiting on their payment provider to send it, but it always takes at least a month.

I requested my withdraw for $950 over two weeks ago. Everything is verified and has been accepted, when I ask when I'm going to receive my money all they keep saying is that, "it has been sent to our third party payment processor and will be in the next batch." It has been over two weeks now and I keep getting the same generic response. The only other time I have won and requested a payout, it took me 3 months to get my money when their website says you will receive your withdrawl 7-10 days after it's approved. I spoke with Juan from customer support and he said on last Tuesday the 17th of December that they money will for sure be in my account this Tuesday which was the 24th of december and I still haven't received it. I have the chat transcripts from that conversation if you guys need it. I feel like I keep getting the run around again and I am a very good paying customer that makes deposits very often.

I claimed a bonus which has a maximum withdrawal of $125 and complete the wagering requirements. But the minimum withdrawal on the cashier is $150 so I contacted support to ask how to withdraw my earning. The agent told me that I need to deposit $25 to withdraw my winnings so I deposited $25 via bitcoin then I requested a withdrawal last Nov 18, 2019 and until now i haven't received it. Please Help.

I originally asked if I need to submit documents in October 26, 2019. The representative didn't answer. I was simply told to submit the withdrawal request. This of course was my mistake, I should have known better. All online casinos require identity verification. After a week I followed up and was told to submit documents. I promptly submitted them.
I then was told it would be 5-7 days. I specifically asked if everything was in order several times. I was told yes. Since then I got a notification that my payment was declined because I didn't remove the bonus funds. No problem but I should have been told when I asked if everything was done properly on my end. They said it was fixed but there was a security issue. I checked with security three times and they said I was fully verified. I keep asking if it will be another 5-7 business days. No one answers me, they simply say they are waiting for confirmation from their payment processor to determine when their payments will be batched. Still no payment. I have screenshots of everything I was told. There is still no resolution or real answers

I submitted a withdrawal for $540.00, it has been 2 weeks and I have not received my payment yet. So I’m hoping if I post here It will possibly speed up the process. I was told that I will receive my payment the next time they do a batch deposit, but I would like to know when that will be? Thank you.

Still have not received my withdrawl. It was approved almost 2 weeks ago and they keep saying they are behind on their processing. They have sent me all of the paper work saying that my withdrawl request is approved for $490 and at that time they said 3-5 days I will have my money. Now they keep saying that they are behind and they are trying to get it done asap. I feel like I'm getting thr run around. I have deposited and lost a lot of money on this sit and expect to get paid the one time I won. I will close this complaint when I get my money.

After depositing and playing with $100 I actually won $2500. I was very happy as I never have any luck with gambling online. I submitted my request for the withdrawal and completed all verifying stages. I was then told I can only withdraw $500 of my winnings as you can only withdraw 5 times the amount of the deposit. I am struggling to accept this as on depositing funds this was not mentioned. Is there a way for this to resolved as it seems grossly unfair.

After completing the wagering requirements on a match deposit bonus, I submitted a withdrawal request for $2100 on the 12th of April 2018. According to their website, withdrawals take up to 2 weeks to process, it has been longer than that now and I haven't received my withdrawal or any correspondence from Slots Plus. Please resolve this issue

I have made close to 20 deposits at the casino and had never requested a payout until March 28th. Immediately I submitted all the relevant documents and was told that everything was readable and validated. I have contacted them three times and have been told a different story every time as to when it would be processed. My withdrawal is still in the pending stage after 22 days and has not budged since the initial request. I have been told twice that it would start processing within a day or two and nothing has happened. They have taken all my deposits with no issue but the one time I try a payout I am disappointed that it hasn't even budged from pending.
