Wrong information and delayed payment
I originally asked if I need to submit documents in October 26, 2019. The representative didn't answer. I was simply told to submit the withdrawal request. This of course was my mistake, I should have known better. All online casinos require identity verification. After a week I followed up and was told to submit documents. I promptly submitted them.
I then was told it would be 5-7 days. I specifically asked if everything was in order several times. I was told yes. Since then I got a notification that my payment was declined because I didn't remove the bonus funds. No problem but I should have been told when I asked if everything was done properly on my end. They said it was fixed but there was a security issue. I checked with security three times and they said I was fully verified. I keep asking if it will be another 5-7 business days. No one answers me, they simply say they are waiting for confirmation from their payment processor to determine when their payments will be batched. Still no payment. I have screenshots of everything I was told. There is still no resolution or real answers
