I was approved for a cashout on 12/26/11 It is now 2/3/12 I still have not recieved my money I have contacted live chat I have emailed withdrawals All I hear is there having problems with their processor Live chat just blows you off. When I went to withdrawl on the casino site the only option for me was wire transfer I gave them all my information bank info documents etc all were Approved now almost 2 months and there giving me the run around please help

 I won $6000 at slots oasis and requested payout on november 2, 2011. it is now february 1, 2012, 4 months later, and they have yet to pay me 2 of 3 seperate withdrawal requests totaling $4000. i received only 1 payout thus far, which took 2 months to receive and to this day, nothing more and i am completely fed up with this crap!!! please see below the numerous events that have occured since november last year when i had intially requested to withdraw my funds:

21 business days on last wire transfer this one going on 21 used to be a 5-10 business days to deposit in my account now slot oasis claims it takes up to 10-14 business days that's still a lie i'm sick and tired of the same excuses sorry for the hassle or inconvenience or to many wire transfer's that's a bunch of b.s. i just want my $400 you owe

requested $300 wire transfer oct.3 to date nov 1 still no money in my checking account.provided all required information on faxback back and everything was approved several months ago.I have made several deposits and withdrawls .It has been 21 business days excluding weekends and columbus day still they are giving me the run around,have spoken on phone and live chat with agents but all they tell me is be patient and sorry for the hassle.5-10 business days is what slot oasis advertises on paying out thats a lie they are 11 days over.Its a shame that it has come down to this but they left me no choice please help me if you can best regards rfuller

I requested a withdrawal ($260) from Slots Oasis on 08/30/2001. I did not realize at the time that they would deduct the bonus amount ($60) awarded from my deposit so it should be $200. Since I've never had an online casino do that before, it is my fault for not knowing this.

I received an email from the withdrawal dept stating that the processor needed a SWIFT number for my bank to send my funds. I immediately (same day) sent the SWIFT number and received an email stating that they have received the SWIFT number and will process it in a "few days". Also, that they would cover the costs for the for the Euro conversion.

“The next few days” turned out to be 9 business days (09/15/2011). It took a total of 11 business days (09/19/2011) from the above mentioned email to get an email informing me that the process was started over on 09/15/2011. It is now 16 more business days since it has been processed and I still have not received my funds.

I sent an email to the withdrawal dept on 10/02/2011 requesting an update and have not received any response. I chatted with an online CSR and they said that they see that the last entry on my account is the 09/15/2011 (withdrawal reprocessed).

I know that it is not considered a lot of money to most people, but I feel that since I've deposited plenty of money there, I should get paid in a timely manner when I finally win.

I deposited with a coupon and played roulette which is not a restricted game. The casino claims that eventhough there is nothing in the terms that restrict roulette, they have decided to void my winnings. The only term in their terms is that roulette doesnt count towards the playthrough, which means that it can be played, but like many casinos that allow particular games to be played eventhough it doesnt count towards the playthrough.
