Slots Cafe Casino - Missing deposit

Hi I made a deposit for $20 on Slots Café over 2 weeks ago and have contacted support a few times now with same response of "we are looking into the matter". I don't understand why it takes over 2 weeks for them to look at this matter. A missing deposit big or small is wrong when not corrected in timely manner. Very upset with this casino as I have been a loyal customer to them. I may take play elsewhere if not resolved shortly.

Slots Cafe Casino - Refusing to investigate game glitch

I was playing a slot that I frequent often called Cricket Legends. There is a feature in which a random spin can throw rows of wilds on the screen to help get a big win. I had it stopped with 5 of a symbol in a row including 2 rows of wilds and the game just froze on that spin and then reloaded itself and when it reloaded the spin was completely different and I had lost instead of won. I immediately went to the chat in customer service and they were very condescending and difficult and would continue to give me generic response. I tried to upload the screenshots to show them in the chat but they make the file limit so small on purpose to inconvenience you. Therefore I had to send it by E-Mail and they told me they would respond within 24 hours. I sent everything with the screenshots and got no response. I then went back into the chat and they claim they never received my E-Mail so I had to send it again and make them confirm they seen it while still in chat and again they told me 24 hours for a response.Almost a week passed and they never responded so I simply closed my account. I was going to file a complaint with the kahnawake gaming commission but then I found out that they aren't even licensed at all anymore. I wanted to share this experience so that no other player would have to go through this. Considering they are unlicensed, I closed Slots.LV and Ignition as well since they are all owned by the same company and they are all currently unlicensed meaning they can be as rigged as possible and there will be no recourse.

Slots Cafe Casino - Wrong calculation

During the course of gameplay..there was a a software glitch that caused my winnings from the bonus round to disappear. I clearly won approximately $60 from bonus rounds which was not added to my game balance. A difference of that size goes unnoticed. I then proceeded to chat with a tecnicians which vaguely brushed it off and told me to logout, clear cache then login in. Evidently that did not work..im not an technician, but common sense would tell me to check the game play log and match the balance with the winmings and see that they didnt match . One after another they told me the same thing. Im asking for the $60 winnings, that i rightfully earned to be refunded to me. Cafe Casino refused to acknowledged my request.

Slots Cafe Casino - Still waiting for £600 refund after a month

hi, i recieved a email from slots cafe over a month ago offering 100% on my next deposit. i made a deposit got through the wagering, then i carried on playing a while then made a withdrawal for £600. This was on a friday evening. I think i had only made a couple of deposits prior to this and they were quite a while before, i even had to go onto live chat to get my username to log in as it was that long ago. Then on the monday i recieve a email saying i am now banned from this casino and all sister casinos for bonus abuse, (how sumbody can bonus abuse by using bonuses that casinos offer you is beyond me). Then i was asked for all kinds of documents for verification. i sent all the documents straight away. Afetr a week i heard nothing so go on live chat where i am told yo now send the documents to a different email adress. i did this straight away. i recieved a email saying my account is verified and i will recieve the £600 refund. This email was recieved on the 20/06/17. i wait a few days no sign of the money. so i go on live chat and i am told that it will be esculated. after another week no sign of funds so i go on live chat and i am told the same it has not been processed yet so they will have this esculated. i wait another week still no money, so i have just been on live chat again i was told my withdraw has still not been processed so they will ask for this to be esculated. now this is the 3rd time i have been told this it just seems i am never going to get this money and although £600 is not life changing money it is still a nice lump of money. If a casino wants to ban me from there group of casinos fair enough that is there decission so i do not dispute this there is plenty of other casinos out there willing to accept my money, my only complaint is this withdrawal that i have been promissed now for a month and just seems to be no closer to me recieving it

Nothing really, this was one of the worst experiences i've ever had!

If you're a player like me, that uses mostly Neteller and Skrill for deposits, don't play this casino wit bonuses! They will let you deposit and get the bonus with that deposit method, and then void all your winnings, because they don't accept deposit bonuses with Neteller and Skrill. I've made a 25 eur deposit and won 300 eur, tried to Withdraw, to my surprise i got an e-mail telling me that i was in breach of Clause 7 of bonus terms,and all my winnings were gone. The general terms don't mention anything, you have to go to the bottom of the website in order to read the bonus terma. So it's simple really, you make a deposit and lost it all....it's all ok, if you won, then you have a problem, 'cause you won't be able to withdraw when using this deposit methods (with bonus).

Slots Cafe Casino is one of the newest online casinos. I came across this casino while I was looking for some big win pictures on video slots on the forum. Well I found some topic of this casino – more in details – some player won jackpot while he was playing with his first welcome bonus. And since I like this kind of news, topics I was ready to try Slots Cafe Casino.

After I opened their website the first thing which I noticed was – promotions. Really good promotions for first three deposits there – all three bonuses 100% + 50 free spins on different games. After I created account, I made a small deposit of 20€ and I received 20€ bonus. At the beginning I opened Twin Spin. To be honest it was weird, since 50 free spins were on Starburst or Space Wars for first deposit - but I played them on Twin Spin since I opened this as first game. Maybe if I closed it and opened Starburst or Space Wars would work fine too, but I used them on Twin Spin. Hehe.

From those 50 free spins I won around 20€, so I had pretty good balance at the beginning for playing slots. After I used 50 free spins I stick with Twin Spin for a while and my balance just goes up and up. Later I decided to play Gonzo’s Quest where I had some decent winnings too. Beside those two games, I played also Secret of the Stones and some other NetEnt games. Later I raised my bet, and after that all changed. I had no more such of luck and my balance falling down towards zero. Anyway I clear the wagering for match deposit bonus, but there was also 20€ bonus from free spins. So I guess I would need to wager quite a lot to withdrawal something. The W.R is set to 35 x deposit+bonus which is is my opinion set to higher. Would be much better at 25 times.

Otherwise the promotions here are really nice, the next day after I made deposit I received 2€ bonus – this was 10% cashback on my losses of the day. I will rate this casino with 7 out of 10 possible stars. Maybe I will play here again, sometimes in the future, but I am not so sure yet.
